Abstract
This study aims to analyze consumer preferences for the attributes of tempeh’s banana leaf packaged and tempeh’s plastic packaged at Pasar Cibubur, Jakarta Timur. This study used a quantitative descriptive analysis method. The research implementation technique used the survey method. The research location was chosen purposively. Sampling in this research by accidental sampling, with a total of 60 respondents. The data and information in this research are primary data and secondary data. The primary data was then processed using Fishbein's Multi-attribute analysis of price, taste, aroma, shape, size and texture attributes of tempeh in banana leaf packaging and tempeh in plastic packaging. Based on the results the characteristics of tempeh consumers are female with an age range of 31-40 years, last education is high school, housewife and seller with an income range of Rp. 2,000,001 – Rp. 5,000,000. Attributes of banana leaf tempeh packaging that consumer preferences are cheap, very tasty, very fragrant aroma, rectangular shape, medium size and compact tempeh texture. Attributes of tempeh in plastic packaging consumer preferences are very cheap prices, delicious taste, fragrant aroma, square shape, very large size and very compact texture. Attributes that are most considered by consumers in tempeh’s banana leaf packaged is taste (Ao=19,76) and in tempeh’s plastic packaged is texture (Ao=16,60).The highest value is known as the total value of consumer attitudes towards tempeh’s banana leaf packaged which is 100, while the value of consumer attitudes towards tempeh’s plastic packaged is 93,11.

Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis preferensi konsumen terhadap atribut tempe kemasan daun pisang dan tempe kemasan plastik di Pasar Cibubur, Jakarta Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik pelaksanaan penelitian menggunakan metode survei. Lokasi penelitian dipilih secara sengaja. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini dengan cara Accidental Sampling, dengan jumlah 60 responden. Data dan informasi dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer tersebut selanjutnya diolah dengan menggunakan analisis Multi Atribut Fishbein yaitu atribut harga, rasa, aroma, bentuk, ukuran dan tekstur tempe kemasan daun pisang dan tempe kemasan plastik. Berdasarkan hasil karakteristik konsumen tempe adalah berjenis kelamin perempuan dengan rentang usia 31-40 tahun, pendidikan terakhir SMA, ibu rumah tangga dan penjual dengan kisaran pendapatan Rp. 2.000.001 – Rp. 5.000.000. Atribut kemasan tempe daun pisang yang disukai konsumen adalah murah, sangat enak, aromanya sangat harum, bentuk persegi panjang, ukuran sedang dan tekstur tempe padat. Atribut tempe dalam kemasan plastik yang disukai konsumen adalah harga sangat murah, rasa lezat, aroma harum, bentuk persegi, ukuran sangat besar dan tekstur sangat kompak. Atribut yang paling diperhatikan konsumen pada tempe kemasan daun pisang adalah rasa (Ao=19,76) dan pada tempe kemasan plastik adalah tekstur (Ao=16,60). Nilai tertinggi dikenal dengan total nilai sikap konsumen terhadap tempe. daun pisang kemasan yaitu sebesar 100, sedangkan nilai sikap konsumen terhadap tempe kemasan plastik sebesar 93,11. | |||||||||
