Abstract
This study aims to develop career planning comic media in order to make it easier for students to make career planning. The method used is research and development (R&D), using a 4D development model. The results showed that career planning comic media got an average score of 92%, which means it is very feasible to implement. The subjects of this study were 10 grade XI students at SMKN 4 Pandeglang, who had the lowest career planning based on the results of the needs analysis. Career planning measurements and comic media feasibility tests are carried out using questionnaires. The data obtained were analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques and the Wilcoxon Match Pairs Test, which was presented in the form of tables and graphs. The results of the Wilcoxon match pairs test show that the value of Asymp Sig. (2 tailed) is 0.005 where the value is less than 0.05, the data shows that the hypothesis is accepted. So it can be concluded that the development of comic media can improve the career planning of grade XI students at SMKN 4 Pandeglang.
