Abstract
The critical thinking ability of key mathematicians is needed. The primary factor of learning participants low critical thinking is the use of less effective and efficient learning models during learning activities. The purpose of this study is to know the influence of the RADEC learning model on the mathematics of improving the critical thinking ability of learners. The study is a quantitative study, using experimental methods and noninvasive control design. Studies were carried out on the school of class 5 SDIT Alia Nurul Jihadi. The sample used in this study numbered 51 trainees, 26 experimental classes I and 25 experimental classes II. The instrument used is a test of critical thinking ability performed at two stages of pre-test and post-test. Data processing was analyzed using statistical paramilitary test with test-t. The end result of research with different test results using test-t t_count (2.165) > t_table (2.01), where H₀ is rejected and H₁ is accepted. Research has concluded that the critical thinking ability of learners increased with the application of RADEC learning models to learners.

| Additional Information: | Kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik jenjang sekolah dasar dalam pembelajaran matematika sangat diperlukan. Faktor utama rendahnya berpikir kritis peserta didik yaitu penggunaan model pembelajaran yang kurang efektif dan efisien selama kegiatan pembelajaran berlangsung. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran RADEC pada pembelajaran matematika terhadap peningkatan kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitaf, menggunakan metode quasi eksperimen dengan desain nonequivalent control group. Penelitian dilakukan pada kelas V SDIT Alia Nurul Jihadi, Kota Tangerang. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini berjumlah 51 peserta didik, 26 kelas eksperimen I dan 25 kelas eksperimen II. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah tes kemampuan berpikir kritis yang dilakukan pada dua tahap yaitu tahap pre-test dan post-test. Pengolahan data dianalisis menggunakan uji statistik parametik dengan analisis uji-t. Hasil akhir penelitian dengan pengujian beda rata-rata menggunakan uji-t yaitu t_hitung (2,165) > t_tabel (2,010) sehingga H₀ ditolak dan H₁ diterima. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik mengalami peningkatan dengan penerapan model pembelajaran RADEC pada pembelajaran matematika. | |||||||||
