Abstract
In the present sector of the home industry is growing so that it can create jobs and make the percentage of unemployment is decreasing, hence from that must be instilled entrepreneurial culture on his personal soul, especially on students. Because many students who think only want to work in leading institutions but because of the many rivalries that cause unemployment. From that researcher try to make product of Stang. Production System Laboratory Industrial Engineering Untirta is a laboratory that has the completeness of the production process of the completeness of the machine that supports the production process. Based on the above, the researcher wants to make a product that is worth selling, so that it can grow entrepreneur spirit to the students. Standard time is the normal time the operator needs to complete the work added with allowance, and Mettode BEP is the method used to find out at what point the sale is equal to the amount of the cost. The results showed the standard time for each process is, is for the process of measurement obtained cycle time of 14.30 seconds, the cutting process obtained cycle time of 19.66 seconds, the smoothing process obtained cycle time of 25.40 seconds, the process of obtaining the cycle time Of 43.75 seconds and the finishing process obtained cycle time of 37.00 seconds. And from the result of feasibility test obtained price of production cost for Stang Motor equal to Rp 37.000, - / (Result of Rounding) product with profit 50%. And get that payback period of this business is on the 3rd month 2.0471 (57 days). Based on the above calculation results can be seen that the value of IRR in the 11th month is 49%. The value is greater than the bank interest rate of 7 - 9% (Source : Bank Indonesia). This can be said to be worth the effort to be invested

| Additional Information: | Laboratorium Sistem Produksi Teknik Industri Untirta adalah sebuah laboratorium yang mempunyai kelengkapan proses produksinya yaitu dari kelengkapan mesin yang menunjang proses produksi. Berdasarkan hal tersebut peneliti ingin membuat suatu produk yang bernilai jual. Adapun produk yang ingin di buat yaitu “Stang Motor Sport” karena Stang Motor adalah part yang sederhana dan mudah untuk dibuat, selain itu juga naiknya permintaan motor sport dengan penguasaan pangsa pasar sebesar 49,4 persen atau naik 14,8 persen dibandingkan pangsa pasar di segmen sport tahun 2015 yang hanya 34,6persen .Waktu baku adalah waktu normal yang diperlukan operator untuk menyelesaikan pekerjaannya yang ditambahkan dengan kelonggaran (allowance) ,Uji Kelayakan dengan menggunakan Solid Work 2016 dan Mettode BEP adalah metode yang digunakan untuk mengetahui pada titik berapa hasil penjualan sama dengan jumlah biaya. Hasil penelitian menunjukan waktu baku keseluruhan untuk memproses 1 produk stang motor adalah 140,11 detik atau 2,34 menit, sehingga di dapatkan jumlah produksi produk stang motor perhari adalah 180 (Hasil Pembulatan) buah di dapatkan dari 7 (jam kerja) x 3600 (waktu perdetik) / 140,11 (waktu keseluruhan perdetik) , dan jumlah produksi perbulannya adalah 4320 hasil dari 180 (jumlah produksi perhari) x 24 (jumlah hari perbulan), Hasil di dapatkan bahwa stang motor tahan terhapad beban 50 N, karena nilai dari batas maksimal tegangan lebih kecil dari nilai wield strength yaitu 1.21633e+007 N/m^2 < 1.723e+008 Dan Dari hasil uji kelayakan didapatkan haraga harga pokok produksi untuk Stang Motor sebesar Rp 37.000,-/(HasilPembulatan) produk dengan keuntungan 50 %. Dan di dapatkan bahwa payback periode usaha ini adalah pada bulan ke-3 2,0471 (57 hari).Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan diatas dapat diketahui bahwa nilai IRR pada bulan ke-11 yaitu 49 %. Nilai tersebut lebih besar dari pada suku bunga bank yaitu sebesar 7 – 9 % .Hal ini dapat dikatakan usaha layak untuk diinvestasikan | |||||||||
