Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) pengaruh pengalaman praktik kerja industri terhadap kompetensi siswa kelas XII TKRO SMKN 1 Ciruas; (2) pengaruh kompetensi terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa kelas XII TKRO SMKN 1 Ciruas; (3) pengaruh pengalaman praktik kerja industri terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa kelas XII TKRO SMKN 1 Ciruas; (4) pengaruh tidak langsung pengalaman praktik kerja industri terhadap kesiapan kerja melalui kompetensi siswa kelas XII TKRO SMKN 1 Criuas. Jenis penelitian ini adalah mix methode dengan sequential explanatory design. Teknik penelitian menggunakan proportional random sampling diperoleh sampel 56 siswa dan teknik purposive sampling dengan 8 narasumber. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, wawancara, tes, dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data kuantitatif dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis data kualitatif dengan pemikiran induktif. Pengujian hipotesis ini menggunakan analisis jalur untuk melihat pengaruh langsung maupun tidak langsung dari antar variabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) pengalaman praktik kerja industri tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kompetensi siswa kelas XII TKRO SMKN 1 Ciruas dengan nilai P Value 0,210 (> 0.05); (2) kompetensi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa kelas XII TKRO SMKN 1 Ciruas dengan nilai P Value 0,110 (> 0,05); (3) pengalaman praktik kerja industri berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa kelas XII TKRO SMKN 1 Ciruas dengan nilai P Value 0,013 (< 0,05); (4) pengalaman praktik kerja industri tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja melalui kompetensi pada siswa kelas XII TKRO SMKN 1 Ciruas dengan nilai P Value 0,270 (> 0,05).

| Additional Information: | This study aims to determine: (1) the effect of industrial work practice experience on the competence of XII TKRO students of SMKN 1 Ciruas; (2) the effect of competence on the work readiness of XII TKRO students of SMKN 1 Ciruas; (3) the effect of industrial work practice experience on the work readiness of XII TKRO students of SMKN 1 Ciruas; (4) the indirect effect of industrial work practice experience on work readiness through the competence of XII TKRO students of SMKN 1 Criuas. This type of research is a mix method with sequential explanatory design. The research technique used proportional random sampling obtained a sample of 56 students and purposive sampling technique with 8 sources.
