Abstract
This study illustrates the gender equality of Intra-School Student Organizations at SMAN 1 Carenang. The purpose of this study is to determine the implementation of gender equality of Intra-School Student Organizations, and know what factors influence it. This research uses a qualitative approach. Research data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. Data validity checking techniques use degrees of confidence, source triangulation, and certainty. The data analysis technique used is an interactive model. The theory used in this study is the theory of liberal feminism. The informants involved in this study amounted to 9 people, including members, coaches, principals, and students SMAN 1 Carenang. The results showed that gender equality has been seen at SMAN 1 Carenang, this is shown by the principal, coaches, members, and students of SMAN 1 Carenang who have realized the importance of gender equality. The school also provides equal opportunities in the learning process and various activities in the school, such as providing equal opportunities in participating and becoming the head of the Intra-School Student Organization. Members of the Intra-School Student Organization are also given equal opportunities to express their opinions. However, there is still an assumption that leaders are synonymous with men and the distribution of tasks in the Intra-School Student Organization is uneven. The driving factors are individual awareness, school support, coaching carried out by Intra-School Student Organization coaches, and scientific progress. While the inhibiting factors are lack of individual awareness, there is still an assumption that leaders are identical to men, lack of education, and uneven distribution of tasks.

Additional Information: | Penelitian ini menggambarkan kesetaraan gender Organisasi Siswa Intra Sekolah (OSIS) di SMAN 1 Carenang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui implementasi kesetaraan gender Organisasi Siswa Intra Sekolah (OSIS), serta mengetahui faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhinya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian berupa observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik pemeriksaan keabsahan data menggunakan derajat kepercayaan, triangulasi sumber, dan kepastian. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah model interaktif. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori feminisme liberal. Informan yang terlibat dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 9 orang, meliputi anggota OSIS, pembina OSIS, kepala sekolah, dan siswa-siswi SMAN 1 Carenang. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kesetaraan gender sudah terlihat di SMAN 1 Carenang, hal ini ditunjukan dari kepala sekolah, pembina OSIS, anggota OSIS, dan siswa-siswi SMAN 1 Carenang sudah menyadari pentingnya kesetaraan gender. Pihak sekolah juga memberikan kesempatan yang sama dalam proses pembelajaran dan berbagai aktivitas yang ada di sekolah, seperti memberikan kesempatan yang sama dalam mengikuti dan menjadi ketua Organisasi Siswa Intra Sekolah. Anggota OSIS juga diberikan kesempatan yang sama dalam berpendapat. Namun, masih ada anggapan bahwa pemimpin identik dengan laki-laki dan pembagian tugas di OSIS yang belum merata. Adapun faktor pendorong berupa kesadaran individu, dukungan sekolah, pembinaan yang dilakukan pembina Organisasi Siswa Intra Sekolah, dan kemajuan ilmu pengetahuan. Sementara faktor penghambat berupa kurangnya kesadaran individu, masih ada anggapan pemimpin identik dengan laki-laki, kurangnya edukasi, dan pembagian tugas yang belum merata. | |||||||||
