Abstract

IKM Batik Krakatoa is one of the famous and rapidly growing batik producers in Banten Province. The traditional batik production process has various risks ranging from upstream to downstream, that is product defects, uneven fabric dyeing results, and delays in the product delivery process to customers. The purpose of this study is to identify risk events and risk agents, determine the number of priority risk agents based on the highest ARP value, and provide priority proposals for mitigation actions (preventive action) to minimize risk events in the flow of the batik cap supply chain. This research method is in the form of a House of Risk (HOR) which focuses on preventive actions to determine priority risk agents to be given mitigation actions. SCOR is used in mapping stamped batik supply chain activities making it easier to identify risk events. The results showed that there were 37 risk events and 27 risk agents. Priority risk agents are obtained as many as 14 risk agents. The proposed preventive actions are 31 preventive actions, including installing lights at dyeing station and decay station (PA4), discipline at work and rest times (PA1), implementing a punishment system for undisciplined workers (PA7), and recording the size of the dyeing powder mixture when determining the color of batik at the dyeing station (PA31).

Additional Information: IKM Batik Krakatoa merupakan salah satu produsen batik yang terkenal serta sangat berkembang pesat di Provinsi Banten. Proses produksi batik yang masih tradisional memiliki berbagai risiko mulai dari hulu ke hilir, yaitu terjadi cacat produk, hasil pewarnaan kain tidak merata, hingga keterlambatan proses pengiriman produk ke pelanggan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi risk event dan risk agent, menentukan banyaknya risk agent prioritas berdasarkan nilai ARP tertinggi, dan memberikan usulan prioritas aksi mitigasi (preventive action) untuk meminimalisasi risk event yang ada pada aliran rantai pasok batik cap. Metode penelitian ini berupa House of Risk (HOR) yang berfokus pada tindakan pencegahan untuk menentukan risk agent prioritas yang akan diberikan aksi mitigasi. SCOR digunakan dalam pemetaan aktivitas rantai pasok batik cap sehingga memudahkan untuk mengidentifikasi risk event. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat 37 risk event dan 27 risk agent. Risk agent prioritas diperoleh sebanyak 14 risk agent. Aksi mitigasi (preventive action) yang diusulkan sebanyak 31 preventive action, diantaranya adalah melakukan pemasangan lampu di stasiun pewarnaan dan stasiun pelorotan (PA4), disiplin pada waktu kerja dan waktu istirahat (PA1), menerapkan sistem punishment untuk pekerja yang tidak disiplin (PA7), hingga mencatat ukuran campuran bubuk pewarnaan ketika menentukan warna batik di stasiun pewarnaan (PA31).
