Abstract

Kurang terserapnya lulusan SMK salah satunya disebabkan oleh menajemen pendidikan yang kurang baik atau lulusannya yang tidak semua memiliki kompetensi, hal ini yang memunculkan dampak kekurangannya tenaga kerja, oleh karena itu dibentuklah Link and Match 8+i yang merupakan upaya yang dikembangkan untuk meningkatkan relevansi SMK dengan kebutuhan DUDIKA. TKRO SMKN 5 Kota Serang merupakan salah satu sekolah Pusat Keunggulan yang ada di Serang dan mengimplementasikan Link and Match. Pelaksanaan Implementasian Link and Match 8+i TKRO SMKN 5 Kota Serang ini mengalami beberapa hambatan, menciptakan solusi, untuk DUDIKA, sekolah dan siswa dalam implementasi Link and Match 8+i . Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi Link and Match 8+i serta apa saja hambatan, dan solusi yang didapatkan oleh DUDIKA, sekolah dan siswa khususnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara secara mendalam dan dokumentasi. Subyek penelitian adalah staff humas, kepala jurusan dan staff kurikulum. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu peneliti mengetahui implementasi Link and Match 8+i di TKRO SMKN 5 Kota Serang terlaksana 7 aspek, sedangkan 2 aspek belum terlaksana. Hambatan yang di alami TKRO SMKN 5 Kota Serang yaitu belum tersusun dan tersinkronisasi secara maksimal sehingga dua aspek Link and Match 8+i belum terlaksana sebagaimana seharusnya, sedangkan hambatan yang terjadi pada setiap aspek Link and Match 8+i yaitu proses pelaksanaan yang melibatkan DUDIKA, sekolah dan siswa sehingga membutuhkan keselarasan yang baik untuk proses pelaksanannya namun, belum sepenuhnya terlaksana dengan baik sehingga masih memiliki hambatan dan solusinya adalah pihak sekolah terus meminimalisir hambatan tersebut dengan mengevaluasi, menyesuaikan dan memperbaiki setiap aspek pelaksanaan Link and Match 8+i agar mencapai tujuan dari upaya yang dikembangkan untuk meningkatkan relevansi SMK dengan kebutuhan DUDIKA agar menggurangi angka ketidak terserapan TKRO SMKN 5 Kota Serang.

Additional Information:	One of the reasons for the lack of absorption of vocational school graduates is poor educational management or not all of the graduates have the competency, this has resulted in the impact of a shortage of labor, therefore Link and Match 8+i was formed which is an effort developed to increase the relevance of vocational schools with DUDIKA needs. TKRO SMKN 5 Serang City is one of the SMK Pusat Keunggulan schools in Serang and implemented Link and Match. The implementation of Link and Match 8+i TKRO SMKN 5 Serang City experienced several obstacles, created solutions for DUDIKA, schools, and students in implementing Link and Match. This research aims to find out how Link and Match 8+i are implemented and what obstacles, and solutions are obtained by DUDIKA, schools, and students in particular. This research uses a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach with data collection techniques using observation techniques, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The research subjects were public relations staff, department heads, and curriculum staff. The results of this research are that the researcher knows that the implementation of Link and Match at TKRO SMKN 5 Serang City has been implemented in seven aspects, while two aspects have not been implemented. The obstacle experienced by TKRO SMKN 5 Serang City is that it has not been structured and synchronized optimally so that the two aspects of Link and Match have not been implemented as they should, while the obstacle that occurs in each aspect of Link and Match is the implementation process which involves DUDIKA, schools, and students so it requires harmony. which is good for the implementation process, however, it has not been fully implemented well so there are still obstacles. The solution is that the school continues to minimize these obstacles by evaluating, adjusting, and improving every aspect of the implementation of Link and Match 8+i in order to achieve the goals of efforts developed to increase the relevance of SMK to DUDIKA needs in order to reduce TKRO non-absorption rates at SMKN 5 Serang City.
