Abstract
This research aims to determine the influence of profitability, capital structure, dividend policy and company size on share prices in consumer goods industry companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the 2017-2022 period. The sample used in this research included 79 companies, but only 37 companies were used as samples because they met the desired criteria in the 2017-2022 period. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. The data processing used in this research is using the SPSS 25 program. The results of the research show that during the 2017-2022 period only profitability, influence share prices, while capital structure, company size, and dividend policy does not influence share prices of consumer goods industrial companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) during the 2017-2022 period. Meanwhile, simultaneously profitability, capital structure, dividend policy and company size have a significant effect on the share prices of consumer goods industry companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI) during the 2017-2022 period.

| Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh profitabilitas, struktur modal, kebijakan dividen, dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan industry barang konsumsi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2017-2022. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi 79 perusahaan, tetapi hanya 37 perusahaan yang digunakan sebagai sampel karena memenuhi kriteria yang di inginkan pada periode 2017-2022. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda. Pengolahan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan program SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa selama periode 2017- 2022 hanya profitabilitas, yang mempengaruhi harga saham, sedangkan struktur modal, kebijakan dividen, dan ukuran perusahaan tidak mempengaruhi harga saham perusahaan industri barang konsumsi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) selama periode 2017- 2022.
