Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline (X1) and (X2) work motivation on employee performance (Y) with job satisfaction (Z) as an intervening variable at PT. Skyline Internusa Construction. The method used in this research is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The population in this study were 92 employees at PT. Skyline Internusa Construction. The research sample used the entire research population using census sampling. The instrument test in the research was carried out on 30 non-respondent throuhg validity and reability tests using the IBM SPSS 20.0 statistics analysis tool. The data analysis technique in this study used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using the SmartPLS 3.0 analysis tool. The results of this study indicate that: (1) work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (2) work discipline has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, (3) work motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction (4) job satisfaction has a positive effect and significant to employee performance, (5) job satisfaction is able to mediate the relationship of work discipline to employee performance.

Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja (X1) dan motivasi kerja (X2) terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y) dengan kepuasan kerja (Z) sebagai variabel intervening pada PT. Skyline Internusa Construction. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 92 orang karyawan pada PT. Skyline Internusa Construction. Sampel penelitian ini menggunakan seluruh populasi penelitian dengan menggunakan sampling sensus. Uji instrumen dalam penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 30 non-responden melalui uji validitas dan uji reabilitas menggunakan alat analisis statistik IBM SPSS 20.0. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan menggunakan alat analisis SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, (2) disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, (3) motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, (4) kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, (5) kepuasan kerja mampu memediasi hubungan disiplin kerja dengan kinerja karyawan. | |||||||||
