Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of company size proxied with Ln Total Assets and liquidity proxied with CR (Current Ratio) on company value proxied with PBV (Price to Book Value) through the development of conceptions related to intervening variable, namely profitability variable proxied with ROA (Return on Assets) in food and beverage subsector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2012-2021 period. The population used in this study were all food and beverage subsector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2012-2021 period. The sample of this study amounted to 21 companies from 72 total populations using the purposive sampling method. Data analysis techniques used in this study are descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests, partial tests, path analysis and sobel tests, with the help of SPSS 25 software. The results of this study show that: (1) Company size has no effect on company value, (2) Liquidity has a positive and significant effect on company value, (3) Company size has no effect on profitability, (4) Liquidity has a positive and significant effect on profitability, (5) Profitability has a positive and significant effect on company value, (6) Profitability is not able to mediate the relationship between company size and company value, (7) Profitability is able to mediate the relationship between liquidity and company value.

| Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh ukuran perusahaan yang diproksikan dengan Ln Total Aset dan likuiditas yang diproksikan dengan CR (Current Ratio) terhadap nilai perusahaan yang diproksikan dengan PBV (Price to Book Value) dengan melalui pengembangan konsepsi terkait variabel intervening yakni variabel profitabilitas yang diproksikan dengan ROA (Return on Asset) pada perusahaan subsektor makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2012-2021. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan subsektor makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2012-2021. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 21 perusahaan dari 72 jumlah populasi dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah statistik deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, uji parsial, path analysis dan sobel test, dengan bantuan software SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa : (1) Ukuran perusahaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, (2) Likuiditas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, (3) Ukuran perusahaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas, (4) Likuiditas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap profitabilitas, (5) Profitabilitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, (6) Profitabilitas tidak mampu memediasi hubungan ukuran perusahaan dengan nilai perusahaan, (7) Profitabilitas mampu memediasi hubungan likuiditas dengan nilai perusahaan. | |||||||||
