Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership style and job training on employee performance with mediation of job satisfaction at Pt Timah Industry Cilegon This research uses a quantitative method with the saturated sample consisted of 107 respondents. The variables used by researchers are transformational leadership style and job training as independent variables and employee performance as dependent variable and job satisfaction asintervening variabel . The analytical method used in this research is descriptive statistical analysis method, measurement model analysis method, structural model analysis method and partial test (t-test) using the Smart Partial Least Square Version 3.0 (SmartPLS) program. The results showed that transformational leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with the results of tcount 3,515 > ttable 1,96 and a significance level of 0.000 <0.05, job training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with the results of tcount 4,560 > ttable 1,96 and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05, transformational leadership style has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction with the results of tcount 5,447 > ttable 1,96 and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05, job training has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction with the results of tcount 7,133 > ttable 1,96 and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with the results of tcount 4,208 > ttable 1,96 and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05.

Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional dan Pelatihan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan melalui Kepuasan Kerja pada PT Timah Industri Cilegon. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan jenis sampel teknik Purposive Sampling dan dihitung menggunakan rumus slovin dimana hasilnya 107 responden. Variabel yang digunakan oleh peneliti adalah Gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan pelatihan kerja sebagai variabel independen, variabel kinerja karyawan sebagai variabel dependen, dan variabel kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis statistik deskriptif, metode analisis model pengukuran, metode analisis model struktural dan uji parsial (uji t) dengan menggunakan program Smart Partial Least Square Versi 3.0 (SmartPLS).
