Abstract
This study aims to classify, describe, and analyze the types of emotions contained in the tweets of the Twitter account @caratstalk for the period June 2022. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method and uses Noam Chomsky and George Miller's Psycholinguistic theory, as well as Goleman's Psychology theory. This research is a qualitative research with descriptive method. The data collection method used is the take notes method and documentation. The source of research data comes from tweets sent through the Twitter account @caratstalk during June 2022. Based on the results of data analysis, the research data obtained 155 data in the form of tweets with details of emotion types; (1) zero anger emotions, (2) 41 happy emotions, (3) 45 love emotions, (4) 6 irritated emotions, (5) 12 surprised emotions, (6) 2 embarrassed emotions, (7) 35 sad emotions, (8) 14 fear emotions. The most common types of emotions found on the @caratstalk Twitter account for June 2022 are love emotions and happy emotions. This is because of the snippets expressed in relation to his love of the idol (Seventeen), so many emotional expressions of love and happiness are written for other followers to read. There is no anger at all due to a rule written in the @caratstalk account stating that it should not send a tweet containing abusive/dirty words and SARA elements that can offend readers.

| Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengelompokkan, mendeskripsikan, dan menganalisis jenis emosi yang terdapat di dalam cuitan akun Twitter @caratstalk periode Juni 2022. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif dan menggunakan teori Psikolinguistik milik Noam Chomsky dan George Miller, serta teori Psikologi milik Goleman. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode simak catat dan dokumentasi. Sumber data penelitian berasal dari cuitan yang dikirimkan melalui akun Twitter @caratstalk selama bulan Juni 2022. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data diperoleh data penelitian sebanyak 155 data berupa cuitan dengan rincian jenis emosi; (1) emosi amarah nihil, (2) 41 emosi bahagia, (3) 45 emosi cinta, (4) 6 emosi jengkel, (5) 12 emosi terkejut, (6) 2 emosi malu, (7) 35 emosi sedih, (8) 14 emosi takut. Jenis emosi yang paling banyak ditemukan pada akun Twitter @caratstalk periode Juni 2022 adalah emosi cinta dan emosi bahagia. Hal tersebut dikarenakan cuitan yang disampaikan berkaitan dengan kecintaannya terhadap sang idola (Seventeen), sehingga banyak sekali ungkapan emosi cinta dan bahagia yang dituliskan untuk dibaca oleh pengikut lainnya Pada 155 data yang ditemukan, tidak terdapat emosi amarah sama sekali karena adanya peraturan yang ditulis di dalam akun @caratstalk yang menyatakan bahwa tidak boleh mengirim cuitan yang mengandung kata-kata kasar/kotor serta unsur SARA yang bisa menyinggung para pembacanya. | |||||||||
