Abstract
The purpose of this study is to assess the effective of the Online Single Submission system in business licensing services at the Serang Regency Investment and One Stop Integrated Services Service. This study employs a descriptive-quantitative methodology. The Serang Regency Investment and One Stop Integrated Services Service was used for this investigation. A nonprobability sampling procedure based on incidental sampling was used with 80 respondents. The data was analyzed statistically using the SPSS Version 23 tool. The theory used in this research, according to DeLone and McLean (2003), is system success theory, which comprises indicators of system quality, information quality, service quality, user pleasure, and net benefits. According to the research findings, the effectiveness of the Online Single Submission system in business licensing services at the Serang Regency Investment and One Stop Integrated Services Service was pronounced effective with a score of 75.76%. However, various difficulties remain, including system disruption, the fact that individuals still do not comprehend the Online Single Submission system, and systems that are still in development.

| Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar efektivitas sistem Online Single Submission dalam pelayanan perizinan berusaha di Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Kabupaten Serang. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif. Lokasi penelitian ini dilakukan di Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Kabupaten Serang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Nonprobability Samplingdengan menggunakan teknik sampling incidental sebanyak 80 responden. Analisis data dilakukan melalui pengujian statistik menggunakan program SPSS Versi 23. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teori kesuksesan sistem menurut (DeLone & McLean, 2003) meliputi indikator kualitas sistem, kualitas informasi, kualitas pelayanan, kepuasan pengguna, dan manfaat bersih. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui efektivitas sistem Online Single Submission dalam pelayanan perizinan berusaha di Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Kabupaten Serang dinyatakan efektif karena mendapatkan penilaian 75,76%. Namun masih terdapat beberapa kendala diantaranya; gangguan sistem, masyarakat yang masih belum faham terkait sistem Online Single Submission dan sistem yang masih dalam pengembangan. | |||||||||
