Abstract

This article aims to examine the issue of resistance by women's groups in the land annexation conflict that occurred in Margatirta Village. The land annexation conflict gave rise to resistance from women's groups affected by the annexation conflict. In carrying out resistance there were acts of intimidation and threats of being killed with firearms by Jayabaya champions if the protesters continued to resist. The research method used in this writing is a qualitative method with an intrinsic Creswell-style case study approach, focusing on cases that occurred in depth. The theories used as analytical tools are James Scott's theory of resistance and Vandana Shiva's theory of ecofeminism. The results of his research show that the resistance carried out by the Margatirta women's group can be concluded; First, the Margatirta women's group carried out open resistance by holding social protests or demonstrations through demonstrations. Second, the Margatirta women's group carried out closed resistance, namely through social interaction between individuals and other individuals, discussing the land annexation conflict that occurred. Third, the resistance of the Margatirta women's group can be viewed through ecofeminism because there is a critical attitude of women towards the modernization development established in the Margatirta area, as well as the use of capitalist technology patterns, which has an impact on environmental sustainability.

Resistensi Kelompok Perempuan dalam Konflik Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji persoalan mengenai resistensi kelompok perempuan dalam konflik aneksasi tanah yang terjadi di Desa Margatirta. Melalui konflik aneksasi tanah melahirkan adanya resistensi dari kelompok perempuan yang terdampak akibat konflik aneksasi. Dalam melakukan resistensi terdapat tindakan intimidasi serta ancaman akan dibunuh dengan senjata api oleh jawara Jayabaya jika massa aksi terus melakukan perlawanan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penulisan ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus intrinsik ala Creswell, dengan memfokuskan pada kasus yang terjadi dengan mendalam. Teori yang digunakan sebagai pisau analisa adalah teori resistensi James Scott, dan teori ekofeminisme Vandana Shiva. Hasil penelitiannya menunjukkan bahwa resistensi yang dilakukan oleh kelompok perempuan Margatirta dapat disimpulkan; Pertama, kelompok perempuan Margatirta melakukan resistensi secara terbuka dengan melakukan protes sosial atau unjuk rasa melalui aksi demonstrasi. Kedua, kelompok perempuan Margatirta melakukan resistensi tertutup yaitu melalui interaksi sosial antar individu dengan individu lain, membahas mengenai konflik aneksasi tanah yang terjadi. Ketiga, resistensi kelompok perempuan Margatirta dapat ditinjau melalui ekofeminisme karena terdapat sikap kritis perempuan terhadap pembangunan modernisasi yang didirikan di wilayah Margatirta, serta penggunaan pola teknologi kapitalis, sehingga berdampak pada kelestarian lingkungan.
