Abstract
Perkembangan industri semakin hari semakin mengalami perkembangan yang sangat pesat dan akan terus terjadi, sehingga mau tidak mau harus dijalani, sebagaimana revolusi industri 4.0. Industri tersebut membuat perusahaan harus terus menyesuaikan diri agar produk yang mereka hasilkan tidak tertinggal. Untuk itu, perusahaan perlu melakukan pengendalian dan peningkatan mengenai aspek�aspek penting dalam kegiatan penciptaan produk itu sendiri. Dengan tujuan produk yang dihasilkan memiliki kualitas yang unggul dan proses produksi mencapai zero defect. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahuibagaimana pengaruh kualitas bahan baku dan quality control terhadap tingkat kerusakan produk beton pada PT Wijaya Karya Beton, Tbk. Dalam penelitian ini, terdapat 3 (tiga) variabel, yaitu kualitas bahan baku (X1), quality control (X2), dan tingkat kerusakan produk (Y). Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Adapun data yang digunakan adalah data-data primer yang berasal dari bagian operasional perusahaan. sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah dari keseluruhan 36 populasi di Tarik menjadi 14 sampel berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditentukan yang kemudian di analisa menggunakan Software SPSS 20. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa kualitas bahan baku berpengaruh secara negatif dan signifikan terhadap tingkat kerusakan produk, quality control berpengaruh secara positif terhadap tingkat kerusakan produk, serta kualitas bahan baku dan quality control berpengaruh secara bersama sama terhadap tingkat kerusakan produk.

| Additional Information: | The development of industry is rapidly increase and continuously done, so it has to be carried out such as The Industrial Revolution 4.0. It makes companies has to be adaptable so their product did not left behind. So, companies needed to do controlling and increasing important aspects of its own producing process. With the intention to have great product quality and production process achieve zero defect. The aims of this research are to knowledge how quality of raw materials and quality control affected the extent of defect concrete at PT Wijaya Karya Tbk. In this research, there are 3 (three) variables such as the quality of raw materials (X1), quality control (X2) and the extent of defect product (Y). This research was conducted using quantitative method. The data is primer data from company’s operational division. There are 36 populations whole and being sorted to 14 samples based on predetermined criteria. The next step was analyzed the data with Software SPSS 20. The result of this research explain that the quality of raw material affected the extent of defect products negatively and significantly, quality control affected the extent of defect products positively. However, the quality of raw materials and quality control affected the extent of defect product simultaneously. | |||||||||
