Abstract

Durian is one of the most economical seasonal fruit plants in Indonesia, but it is still lacking in productivity. This study aimed to determine the effect of a dose biofertilizer combination, biosurfacials dietanolamide olein, mimba extract, and cascing fertilizer for the growth of the durian seed (Durio zibethinus Murr.). The study was arranged in a randomized completed block design with two factors. The first factor was the dose of biofertilizer combination, biosurfacials dietanolamide olein, and mimba extract, which consisted of five levels: B1: 5 mL, B2: 10 mL, B3: 15 mL, B4: 20 mL, and B5: 25 mL. The second factor is the dose vermicompost fertilizer, which consisted of two levels: K0: 0 g/plant and K1: 600 g/plant. The result showed that the application of a dose at biofertilizer combination 5 mL and 25 mL, biosurfacials dietanolamide olein 5%, 35% extract mimba, and vermicomposted 600 g/plant had a significan effect on the growth, with the best result on the parameters of plant height at 6 weeks after transplanting 61 cm and 10 WAT 66,6 cm, number of leaves at 6 WAT 11,83 strands, and stem of diameter at 10 WAT 1,24 cm. Vermicompost fertilizer treatment with a dose of 600 g/plant gives results best for plant height parameters age 2 WAT 48.6 cm, 6 WAT 58.6 cm, 10 WAT 62.8 cm, number of leaves age 2 MSPT 11.66 strands and 4 MSPT 11.66 strands, stem diameter at age 2 WAT 1.05 cm and 8 WAT 1.15 cm, and the green level of leaves age 0 MSPT 62.72 chlorophyll units. There was an interaction between dose of biofertilizer combination, biosurfacials dietanolamide olein, mimba extract, and vermicompost fertilizer on the growth of plant height at 2, 6 and 10 WAT, number of leaves at 2 and 4 WAT, and stem of diameter at 2 and 8 WAT.

Additional Information: Durian merupakan salah satu tanaman buah semusim yang paling ekonomis di Indonesia, namun produktivitasnya masih kurang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kombinasi dosis pupuk hayati, biosurfacial dietanolamide olein, ekstrak mimba, dan pupuk cascing terhadap pertumbuhan benih durian (Durio zibethinus Murr.). Penelitian disusun dalam rancangan acak kelompok lengkap dengan dua faktor. Faktor pertama adalah dosis kombinasi pupuk hayati, biosurfacial dietanolamide olein, dan ekstrak mimba yang terdiri dari lima taraf yaitu B1: 5 mL, B2: 10 mL, B3: 15 mL, B4: 20 mL, dan B5: 25 mL. Faktor kedua adalah dosis pupuk kascing yang terdiri dari dua taraf yaitu K0: 0 g/tanaman dan K1: 600 g/tanaman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian dosis pada kombinasi pupuk hayati 5 mL dan 25 mL, biosurfacial dietanolamide olein 5%, ekstrak mimba 35%, dan kascing 600 g/tanaman memberikan pengaruh nyata terhadap pertumbuhan, dengan hasil terbaik pada parameter. tinggi tanaman umur 6 minggu setelah tanam (MSPT) 61 cm dan 10 MSPT 66,6 cm, jumlah daun 6 MST 11,83 helai, dan diameter batang 10 WAT 1,24 cm. Perlakuan pupuk kascing dengan dosis 600 g/tanaman memberikan hasil terbaik pada parameter tinggi tanaman umur 2 MSPT 48,6 cm, 6 WAT 58,6 cm, 10 MSPT 62,8 cm, jumlah daun umur 2 MSPT 11,66 helai dan 4 MSPT 11,66 helai, diameter batang pada umur 2 MSPT 1,05 cm dan 8 MSPT 1,15 cm, serta tingkat kehijauan daun umur 0 MSPT 62,72 satuan klorofil. Terdapat interaksi antara dosis kombinasi pupuk hayati, biosurfacial dietanolamide olein, ekstrak mimba, dan pupuk kascing terhadap pertumbuhan tinggi tanaman pada 2, 6 dan 10 MSPT, jumlah daun pada 2 dan 4 MSPT, serta diameter batang pada 2 dan 8 MSPT.
