Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze the relationship between the implementation of School Based Management (SBM) and organizational culture and teacher performance at SMA Daar El Qolam, Tangerang, Banten. The research method used is a survey with a quantitative approach. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to 95 teachers at Daar El Qolam High School, Tangerang, Banten. The analysis shows that there is a positive and significant relationship between the implementation of SBM and teacher performance at SMA Daar El Qolam, Tangerang, Banten, with an α value of 0.000 <0.05. This indicates that the better the implementation of SBM, the higher the teacher's performance, and vice versa. In addition, there is also a significant positive relationship between organizational culture and teacher performance at SMA Daar El Qolam, Tangerang, Banten, with an α value of 0.000 <0.05. This shows that the better the organizational culture, the higher the teacher's performance, and vice versa. Overall, there is a positive relationship between the implementation of SBM, organizational culture, and teacher performance collectively at Daar El Qolam High School, Tangerang, Banten. This research shows that the more conducive the implementation of SBM and organizational culture, the higher the performance of teachers, and conversely, if the implementation of SBM and organizational culture is not conducive, then teacher performance tends to be low.

Analisis menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif dan signifikan antara pelaksanaan MBS dan kinerja guru di SMA Daar El Qolam, Tangerang, Banten, dengan nilai α sebesar 0.000 < 0.05. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa semakin baik pelaksanaan MBS, semakin tinggi kinerja guru, dan sebaliknya. Selain itu, terdapat juga hubungan positif yang signifikan antara budaya organisasi dan kinerja guru di SMA Daar El Qolam, Tangerang, Banten, dengan nilai α sebesar 0.000 < 0.05. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin baik budaya organisasi, semakin tinggi kinerja guru, dan sebaliknya. Secara keseluruhan, terdapat hubungan positif antara pelaksanaan MBS, budaya organisasi, dan kinerja guru secara bersama-sama di SMA Daar El Qolam, Tangerang, Banten. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin kondusif pelaksanaan MBS dan budaya organisasi, semakin tinggi kinerja guru, dan sebaliknya, jika pelaksanaan MBS dan budaya organisasi tidak kondusif, maka kinerja guru cenderung rendah.
