Abstract
The potential of biological natural resources and their ecosystems needs to be developed and exploited as much as possible for the welfare of the people through efforts to conserve biological natural resources and their ecosystems, so that a balance is achieved between protection, preservation and sustainable use. Perum Perhutani, which is starting to look at and seriously manage the natural tourism business, is always improving the company's performance in order to achieve the desired company goals. This is contained in one of Perum Perhutani's missions, namely optimizing the benefits of wood, non-timber forest products, and environmental services and other potential, in order to increase company income and profits as well as the welfare of communities around the forest. The identification of the problem in this research is what is the authority of the Banten Perhutani (KPH) in managing the Pariuk Nangkub Hill Park tourist attraction? And what are the inhibiting and supporting factors for the Banten Forest Management Unit (KPH) in managing the Pariuk Nangkub Hill Park tourist attraction? The theories used are Authority theory and Management theory. The theories used are Authority theory and Management theory. This research uses empirical juridical research methods. The research specification used is analytical descriptive research. This research uses primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques in this research used library research, interviews, observation, questionnaires. The conclusion in this research is that Perhutani (KPH) Banten manages the Bukit Pariuk Nangkub Park tourist attraction based on the Decree of the Head of the West Java Regional Division because the head of the division for the validity of the Pariuk Nangkub Hill Park tourist attraction and based on the Director's Decree because its status is still a pioneering tourist attraction. Perum Perhutani (KPH) Banten in carrying out its authority in managing tourist attractions is based on the Decree of the Directors and Supervision. The suggestion from this research is that in managing the Bukit Pariuk Nangkub Park tourist attraction, the Banten Forest Management Unit (KPH) must first socialize with the community regarding the management of the tourist attraction.

| Additional Information: | Potensi sumber daya alam hayati dan ekosistemnya perlu dikembangkan dan dimanfaatkan sebesar-besarnya bagi kesejahteraan rakyat melalui upaya konservasi sumber daya alam hayati dan ekosistemnya, sehingga tercapai keseimbangan antara perlindungan, pengawetan, dan pemanfaatan secara lestari. Perum Perhutani yang mulai melirik dan serius mengelola usaha pariwisata alam ini senantiasa meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan demi tercapainya tujuan perusahaan yang diinginkan. Hal ini termuat dalam salah satu misi perum perhutani yaitu mengoptimalkan manfaat hasil hutan kayu, non kayu, dan jasa lingkungan serta potensi lainnya, dalam rangka meningkatkan pendapatan dan keuntungan perusahaan serta kesejahteraan masyarakat sekitar hutan. Identifikasi masalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu bagaimana kewenangan perhutani (KPH) Banten dalam mengelola objek wisata taman bukit pariuk nangkub? Serta apa saja Faktor penghambat dan Faktor pendukung Perhutani kesatuan pemangku hutan (KPH) Banten dalam mengelola objek wisata taman bukit pariuk nangkub? Teori yang digunakan adalah teori Kewenangan dan teori Pengelolaan. Teori yang digunakan ialah teori Kewenangan dan teori Pengelolaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian Yuridis empiris. Spesifikasi penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskritif analitis. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan data skunder. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kepustakaan, wawancara, observasi,kuesinior. Hasil Penelitian ini adalah Perhutani (KPH) Banten Mengelola Objek Wisata Taman Bukit Pariuk Nangkub itu berdasarkan SK Kepala Divisi Regional Jawa Barat karna kepala divisi untuk sahnya wisata taman bukit pariuk nangkub dan berdasarkan SK Direksi karna statusnya masih wisata rintisan. Kesimpulan Perum Perhutani (KPH) Banten dalam melaksanakan kewenangannya dalam pengelolaan objek wisata yitu berdasarkan SK Direksi dan Pengawasan. Saran dari penelitian ini adalah Dalam pengelolaan objek wisata Taman Bukit Pariuk Nangkub Perhutani Kesatuan Pemangku Hutan (KPH) Banten harus bersosialisasi terlebih dahulu dengan masyarakat terkait Pengelolaan objek wisata. | |||||||||
