Abstract
This study explains how internal supervision is carried out at the Ujung Kulon National Park Office (BTNUK) Pandeglang Banten. Internal supervision in an agency is certainly very important, because the larger the agency, the higher the level of employee performance. Supervision carried out at the Ujung Kulon National Park Office (BTNUK) Pandeglang Banten is carried out using the SPIP Application. The purpose of this study is to determine how much influence internal supervision has on the effectiveness of employee work at the Ujung Kulon National Park Office (BTNUK) Pandeglang Banten. The theories used in this study are Graham (2015: 3) and Sedarmayanti (2020: 194). The research method used is descriptive quantitative method. The sampling technique uses the slovin formula which obtained the number of respondents as many as 114 respondents. Data collection using questionnaires in paper form that are distributed to all employees. Data processing uses simple linear regression with the help of SPSS 25 to determine the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable. The test results showed that the value of internal supervision reached 74.99% while the value of work effectiveness reached 73.98%. Based on the calculation results, Y = 53.439 + 0.17X. The value is based on the coefficients table, which is known that the magnitude of the t test value = 9.0.47 and the magnitude of significance = 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05. Thus, it H0 rejected and Ha accepted. So it can be concluded that there is an influence of internal supervision on the effectiveness of employee work.

| Additional Information: | Penelitian ini menjelaskan bagaimana pengawasan internal yang dilakukan di Kantor Balai Taman Nasional Ujung Kulon (BTNUK) Pandeglang Banten. Pengawasan internal dalam suatu instansi tentunya sangat penting, karena semakin besar instansi tersebut maka tingkat kinerja pegawai akan semakin tinggi. Pengawasan yang dilakukan di Kantor Balai Taman Nasional Ujung Kulon (BTNUK) Pandeglang Banten dilakukan dengan menggunakan Aplikasi SPIP. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh pengawasan internal terhadap efektivitas kerja pegawai di Kantor Balai Taman Nasional Ujung Kulon (BTNUK) Pandeglang Banten. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori Graham (2015:3) dan Sedarmayanti (2020:194). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan rumus slovin yang didapatkan jumlah responden sebanyak 114 responden. Pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner dalam bentuk kertas yang disebarkan kepada seluruh pegawai. Pengolahan data menggunakan regresi linear sederhana dengan bantuan SPSS 25 untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa nilai pengawasan internal mencapai 74,99% sedangkan nilai efektivitas kerja mencapa 73,98%. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan yaitu Y= 53.439 + 0.17X. nilai tersebut berdasarkan dari tabel coefficients, yang diketahui bahwa besarnya nilai t test = 9.0.47 dan besarnya signifikasi = 0.000 yang lebih kecil dari 0.05. dengan demikian, maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh pengawasan internal terhadap efektivitas kerja pegawai. | ||||||
