Abstract
This research is focused on finding the influence of leadership on the quality of community services, the influence of professionalism of village officials on the quality of community services, as well as the influence of leadership and professionalism of village officials on the quality of community services in Teluk Village, Labuan District, Pandeglang Regency. The theories used are leadership theory according to Harbani Pasolong (2015), professionalism theory according to Kurniawan (2020), and service quality theory according to Decree of the Minister for Administrative Reform Number 63 of 2003. This research uses descriptive methods with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used a saturated sampling technique, namely all 60 people from the Teluk Village office, Labuan District, Pandeglang Regency. Data were collected using a questionnaire in paper form which was distributed to all members of Teluk Village, Labuan District, Pandeglang Regency. Data processing uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 25 to determine the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable. The test results show that the significance probability value for the influence of leadership (X1) on the quality of community services (Y) is 0.007 < 0.05 and the calculated t value is 1.946 > t table 1.671, which means that leadership partially has a significant effect on the quality of community services. Then the significance probability value for the influence of professionalism of village officials (X2) on the quality of community services (Y) is 0.021 < 0.05 and the calculated t value is 2.381 > t table 1.671, which means that partially the professionalism of village officials has a significant effect on the quality of community services. And the significance value for the influence of leadership (X1) and professionalism of village officials (X2) on the quality of community services (Y) is 0.000 < 0.05 and the calculated f value is 18.296 > f table 3.15 so it can be concluded that there is an influence of leadership and professionalism of village officials on quality community services in Teluk Village, Labuan District, Pandeglang Regency.

Teori yang digunakan yaitu teori kepemimpinan menurut Harbani Pasolong (2015), teori profesionalitas menurut Kurniawan (2020), dan teori kualitas pelayanan menurut Keputusan Menteri Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara Nomor 63 Tahun 2003. Penelitian ini menggubakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh yaitu seluruh perangkat kantor Desa Teluk Kecamatan Labuan Kabupaten Pandeglang yang berjumlah 60 orang. Pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner dalam bentuk kertas yang disebarkan kepada seluruh perangkat Desa Teluk Kecamatan Labuan Kabupaten Pandeglang. Pengolahan data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan SPSS 25 untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa nilai probabilitas signifikasi untuk pengaruh kepemimpinan (X1) terhadap kualitas pelayanan masyarakat (Y) sebesar 0.007 < 0.05 dan nilai t hitung 1.946 > t tabel 1.671 yang berarti secara parsial kepemimpinan berpengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kualitas pelayanan masyarakat. Lalu nilai probabilitas signifikasi untuk pengaruh profesionalitas perangkat desa (X2) terhadap kualitas pelayanan masyarakat (Y) sebesar 0.021 < 0.05 dan nilai t hitung 2.381 > t tabel 1.671 yang berarti secara parsial profesionalitas perangkat desa berpengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kualitas pelayanan masyarakat. Serta nilai signifikasi untuk pengaruh kepemimpinan (X1) dan profesionalitas perangkat desa (X2) terhadap kualitas pelayanan masyarakat (Y) yaitu sebesar 0.000 < 0.05 dan nilai f hitung 18.296 > f tabel 3.15 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh kepemimpinan dan profesionalitas perangkat desa terhadap kualitas pelayanan masyarakat Desa Teluk Kecamatan Labuan Kabupaten Pandeglang. | ||||||
