Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana e-procurement dan supplier collaboration mempengaruhi terhadap kinerja rantai pasok dan supplier collaboration dan memoderasi e�procurement terhadap kinerja rantai pasok pada Apotek di Kota Serang. Terdapat 3 variabel penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, yaitu E-Procurement (X1), Supplier Collaboration (Z), dan Kinerja Rantai Pasok (Y). Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Non probability sampling dengan jenis sampel jenuh, teknik sampel ini dipilih karena populasi kurang dari 100. Sampel penelitian ini adalah seluruh seluruh apotek di Kota Serang yang berjumlah 44 responden. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa: (1) E-Procurement berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja rantai pasok, (2) Supplier Collaboration berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja rantai pasok. (3) Supplier Collaboration memoderasi E-procurement terhadap Kinerja Rantai Pasok.

| Additional Information: | This research aims to determine how e-procurement and supplier collaboration influence the performance of the supply chain and supplier collaboration, and how e-procurement moderates the performance of the supply chain in pharmacies in the city of Serang. There are three research variables used in this study, namely E-Procurement (X1), Supplier Collaboration (Z), and Supply Chain Performance (Y). The sampling technique used in this study is non-probability sampling with a saturated sample type, chosen because the population is less than 100. The sample of this study is all pharmacies in the city of Serang, totaling 44 respondents. The results of this study state that: (1) E-Procurement has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the supply chain, (2) Supplier Collaboration has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the supply chain. (3) Supplier Collaboration moderates E-Procurement on Supply Chain Performance. | |||||||||
