Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Quizlet-based blended learning model on student learning outcomes in an experimental class that uses a Quizletbased blended learning model with a control class that uses conventional learning models in history subjects at SMAN 8 Pandeglang in the 2021/2022 academic year. The research method used is a quasy experimental design. Sampling was carried out using a purposive sampling technique with certain considerations. In this case class X IPS 4 was selected as the control class and X IPS 5 as the experimental class based on the similarity of the remaining abilities supported by the information from the history teacher specializing in class X. The results of this study were that there was an increase in history learning outcomes. The results of learning history have increased significantly because the learning model used in this study obtained a value of 0.54 with moderate criteria for the experimental class using the Quizlet-based blended learning model, while for the control class using conventional learning models obtained a value of 0. 29 with low criteria. From the results of studying history with the material of the world's early civilizations using the Quizlet-based blended learning model, the results are higher than conventional learning models. This can be seen from the average results of students in the control class posttest obtaining an average score of 54.33 with the smallest value of 35 and the largest value of 75 while in the experimental class obtaining an average value of 73.5 with the smallest value of 40 and the largest value 95. Based on the results of the t test (two-party test) on student learning outcomes, the data obtained is tcount = 0.64 and and ttable = 2.00 with a = 0.05, there is a difference between the average student learning outcomes in the experimental class and the control class . Thus, it can be concluded that there is an influence of the Quizlet-based blended learning model on student learning outcomes in class X history at SMAN 8 Pandeglang.

Additional Information: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model blended learning berbasis quizlet terhadap hasil belajar siswa di kelas eksperimen yang menggunakan model blended learning berbasis quizlet dengan kelas kontrol yang menggunakan model pembelajaran konvensional pada mata pelajaran sejarah di SMAN 8 Pandeglang tahun ajaran 2021/2022. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah quasy eksperimental design. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling yaitu dengan pertimbangan tertentu. Dalam hal ini kelas X IPS 4 terpilih sebagai kelas kontrol dan X IPS 5 sebagai kelas eksperimen didasarkan pada kesamaan kemampuan sisa ditunjang dengan keterangan guu sejarah peminatan kelas X. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu terdapat peningkatan hasil belajar sejarah. Hasil belajar sejarah memiliki peningkatan yang signifikan karena model pembelajaran yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, diperoleh nilai sebesar 0,54 dengan kriteria sedang untuk kelas eksperimen dengan menggunakan model blended learning berbasis quizlet, sedangkan untuk kelas kontrol dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran kovensional memperoleh nilai sebesar 0,29 dengan kriteria rendah. Dari hasil belajar sejarah dengan materi peradaban awal dunia yang menggunakan model blended learning berbasis quizlet hasilnya lebih tinggi dari model pembelajaran konvensional. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil rata-rata siswa pada posttest kelas kontrol memperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 54,33 dengan nilai terkecil 35 dan terbesar 75 sedangkan di kelas eksperiman memperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 73,5 dengan nilai terkecil 40 dan nilai terbesar 95. Berdasarkan hasul uji t (uji dua pihak) pada hasil belajar siswa diperoleh data thitung = 0,64 dan dan ttabel = 2,00 dengan a = 0,05 maka terdapat perbedaan antara rata-rata hasil belajar siswa kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh model blended learning bebasis quizlet terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada pelajaran sejarah kelas X di SMAN 8 Pandeglang.
