Abstract

Inclusive Education is a system that is able to accommodate the needs of each child which is designed to open up opportunities for Children with Special Needs (ABK) to receive wider educational services, so that Children with Special Needs (ABK) who live far from the city center do not drop out of school. . This has been implemented in accordance with the implementation of inclusive education in elementary schools. Implementation of inclusive education in elementary schools is usually carried out after planning that is considered perfect. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method. This research aims to determine the implementation of inclusive education at Jurumudi Elementary School, Benda Elementary School and Rawakompeni Elementary School. Which is located in Benda District, Tangerang City, which has joined to become an inclusive school. The informants for this research consisted of 3 school principals, 3 class teachers, 3 special assistant teachers, 3 guardians of students with special needs, 3 guardians of students in general. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. In testing the validity of the data using source triangulation. The results of this research show that the analysis of the implementation of inclusive education in elementary schools in Benda District, Tangerang City, has provided services starting from administrative preparation, the presence of special accompanying teachers, student assessors, as well as PPI rooms for learning for Children with Special Needs (ABK). Supporting factors for the implementation of inclusive education in regular schools are the support of the Tangerang City government by budgeting special funding for schools registered as inclusive schools.

Additional Information: Pendidikan Inklusif yaitu sistem yang mampu mengakomodasi kebutuhan setiap anak yang dimana dirancang untuk membuka peluang bagi Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus (ABK) untuk mendapatkan pelayanan pendidikan yang lebih luas, sehingga bagi Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus (ABK) yang bertempat tinggal jauh dari pusat kota agar tidak putus sekolah. Yang mana hal tersebut sudah diterapkan sesuai dengan implementasi pendidikan inklusif di Sekolah Dasar. Implementasi pendidikan inklusif di Sekolah Dasar biasanya dilakukan setelah perencanaan yang sudah dianggap sempurna. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskripsi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi pendidikan inklusif di Sekolah Dasar Jurumudi, Sekolah Dasar Benda dan Sekolah Dasar Rawakompeni. Yang berlokasi di Kecamatan Benda Kota Tangerang yang mana sudah bergabung menjadi sekolah Inklusif. Informan penelitian ini terdiri dari 3 Kepala sekolah, 3 Guru kelas, 3 Guru pendamping Khusus, 3 wali murid siswa Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus, 3 Wali murid pada umumnya. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Dalam menguji keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Analisis Implementasi pendidikan inklusif di sekolah dasar Kecamatan Benda Kota Tangerang, sudah tersedianya pelayanan mulai dari penyusunan administrasi, adanya guru pendamping khusus, assesmant peserta didik, serta ruangan PPI untuk pembelajaran Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus (ABK). Faktor pendukung implementasi pendidikan Inklusif di sekolah reguler dengan adanya dukungan oleh pemerintah Kota Tangerang menganggarkan pendanaan Khusus untuk sekolah yang terdaftar sebagai sekolah Inklusif.
