Abstract

The learning media used by educator still uses blackboards and still uses conventional methods, namely lectures. This makes students bored and less enthusiastic in the learning process. So, researchers develop technology based learning media, technology can be used as an educational medium, especially in Augmented Reality techology. This research aims to develop learning media, determine its feasibility and determine students responses to chemanji (chemistry jumanji) learning media based on Augmented Reality (AR) on Electrolysis cell material. The research method used is the research and development method of the ADDIE model (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement and Evaluate) by Marie Branch. Needs analysis data collection techniques use literature, interviews, and questionnaires. Validity test using Aiken’s V with 6 material and media expert validators. Test students responsiveness by distributing questionnaires to 34 students in class XII MIPA. Based on the results of research on the development of augmented reality based chemanji learning media, it was declared valid by reffering to the Aiken’s V validation result for the material espect with an average of 0,90 and the media aspect 0,89, this can be categorized as “Valid”. Then the student response test got an overall response percentage of 86% in the “Very Good” category.

Additional Information: Media pembelajaran yang digunakan pendidik masih menggunakan papan tulis dan masih menggunakan metode konvensional yaitu ceramah. Hal tersebut menjadikan peserta didik bosan dan kurang semangat dalam proses pembelajaran. Jadi peneliti mengembangkan media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi, teknologi dapat dilakukan sebagai media edukasi khususnya dalam teknologi Augmented Reality. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran, mengetahui kelayakan, dan mengetahui respon peserta didik terhadap Media Pembelajaran Chemanji (Chemistry Jumanji) berbasis Augmented Reality (AR) pada materi Sel Elektrolisis. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian dan pengembangan model ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement dan Evaluate) oleh Marie Branch. Teknik pengumpulan data analisis kebutuhan menggunakan literatur, wawancara dan angket. Uji validitas menggunakan Aiken’s V dengan 6 validator ahli materi dan media. Uji responsi peserta didik dengan menyebarkan angket kepada 34 peserta didik di kelas XII MIPA. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian pengembangan media pembelajaran chemanji berbasis Augmented reality dinyatakan valid dengan mengacu pada hasil validasi Aiken’s V untuk aspek materi dengan rata-rata 0.90 dan aspek media 0.89, dapat dikategorikan “Valid”. Lalu uji responsi peserta didik mendapatkan persentase keseluruhan respon sebesar 86% degan kategori “sangat baik”. Jadi media Pembelajaran Chemanji (Chemistry Jumanji) berbasis Augmented Reality (AR) pada materi Sel Elektrolisis ini layak digunakan.
