Abstract
The aim of this research is to map the fine motor development of children aged 4 to 6 years using the natural environment. This research uses quantitative methods with an ex post facto research design. The research population consisted of 30 children aged 4 to 6 years at Tirtayasa Islamic Kindergarten Serang-Banten, and the entire population was used as a sample (30 children). Observational research instruments were used to observe the use and development of natural media in children as the main research subject. The fine motor development variable has a normal distribution. There is a positive influence between the use of the natural environment (variable X) on fine motor skills (variable Y). The use of natural media has an impact of 83.7% on fine motor skills. By using the t test, the tcount of 11.973 is greater than the t table value of 1701. This shows that the use of the natural environment has a significant influence on fine motor skills. Therefore, this study concludes that the use of media has a positive and significant effect on the fine motor skills of children aged 4 to 6 years at the Islamic Kindergarten Tirtayasa Serang-Banten. The results of this research can provide an important basis for designing educational programs using natural media to improve fine motor skills in early childhood.

| Additional Information: | Tujuan penelitian ini adalah memetakan perkembangan motorik halus anak usia 4 hingga 6 tahun dengan menggunakan lingkungan alam. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian ex post facto. Populasi penelitian terdiri dari 30 anak usia 4 sampai 6 tahun TK Islam Tirtayasa Serang-Banten, dan seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel (30 anak). Instrumen penelitian observasional digunakan untuk mengamati penggunaan dan perkembangan media alam pada anak sebagai subjek utama penelitian. Variabel perkembangan motorik halus mempunyai distribusi normal. Terdapat pengaruh positif antara pemanfaatan lingkungan alam (variabel X) terhadap keterampilan motorik halus (variabel Y). Penggunaan media alam memberikan dampak sebesar 83,7% terhadap keterampilan motorik halus. Dengan menggunakan uji t diperoleh t hitung sebesar 11,973 lebih besar dari nilai t tabel sebesar 1701. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan lingkungan alam mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kemampuan motorik halus. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa penggunaan media alam berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motorik halus anak usia 4 sampai 6 tahun di TK Islam Tirtayasa Serang-Banten. Hasil penelitian ini dapat memberikan landasan penting untuk merancang program pendidikan dengan menggunakan media alami untuk meningkatkan kemampuan motorik halus pada anak usia dini. | |||||||||
