Abstract
This research is fokused on finding the influence of motivation and discipline on ASN performance, the influence of motivation and discipline on ASN performance in the Banten Province Public Housing and Settlement Area Service. The theories used are motivation theory according to Fredrick Herzberg (2015:102), discipline theory according to Rivai and Sagara (2018:221), and employee performance theory according to Mangkunegara (2019:70). This research uses a verification method with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used a saturated sampling technique, namely all ASN employees of the Banten Province Public Housing and Settlement Area Service, totaling 59 people. Data collection uses a questionnaire in the form of a Google form which is distributed to all employees. Data processing uses multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS 25 to determine the effect of the independent variabel on the dependent variabel. The test results show that the significance probability value for the influence of motivation (X1) on ASN performance (Y) is 0.261 > 0.05 and the calculated t value is 7.355 > 1.673, which means that partially there is a significant positive influence on ASN performance, then the significance probability value for the influence of discipline (X2) on ASN performance (Y) is 0.000 < 0.05 and the calculated t value is 14,164 > 1.673, which means that partially there is an influence of discipline on ASN performance as well as a significance value for the influence of motivation (X1) and discipline (X2) simultaneously or combined on performance. ASN (Y) is 0.000 < 0.05 and the calculated F value is 160.323 > F table 3.162 so it can be concluded that there is an influence of motivation and discipline on ASN performance.

Teori yang digunakan yaitu teori Motivasi menurut Fredrick Herzberg (2015:102), teori disiplin menurut Rivai dan Sagara (2018:221), dan teori Kinerja Pegawai ASN menurut Mangkunegara (2019:70). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode verifikatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh yaitu seluruh pegawai ASN Dinas Perumahan Rakyat dan Kawasan Permukiman Provinsi Banten yang berjumlah 59 orang. Pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner dalam bentuk google form yang disebarkan kepada seluruh pegawai. Pengolahan data menggunakan regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan SPSS 25 untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari variabel indepeden terhadap variabel depeden. Hasil pengujian menunjukan bahwa nilai probabilitas signifikasi untuk pengaruh motivasi (X1) terhadap kinerja ASN (Y) sebesar 0.261 > 0.05 dan nilai t hitung 7.355 > 1.673 yang berarti secara parsial terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap kinerja asn, lalu nilai probabilitas signifikasi untuk pengaruh disiplin (X2) terhadap kinerja asn (Y) sebesar 0.000 < 0.05 dan nilai t hitung 14.164 > 1.673 yang berarti secara parsial terdapat pengaruh disiplin terhadap kinerja asn serta nilai signifikasi untuk pengaruh motivasi (X1) dan disiplin (X2) secara simultan atau gabungan terhadap kinerja asn (Y) yaitu sebesar 0.000 < 0.05 dan nilai F hitung 160.323 > F tabel 3.162 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh motivasi dan disiplin terhadap kinerja asn. | ||||||
