Abstract
The focus of this research is the Evaluation of the the Program Social Security from Citizen of United Banten (Jamsosratu) which is one of the Banten Provincial Government's Social Protection and Security Programs to guarantee low class citizen based on the Social Protection Program Data Collection (PPLS) by providing (cashless) allowance for Targeted Household Citizen (RTS). With focus in this research is about the program of cashless allowance that already provided but did not hit the specified target. This research aims to find out how to evaluate the Program Social Security from Citizen of United Banten. The research uses the CIPP evaluation theory according to Stufflebeam with descriptive qualitative methods by analyzing interview results and secondary data. The results of the research show that the context evaluation has described the needs and objectives of the program, input evaluation has been carried out in accordance with program procedures, process evaluation can run well if the implementation of activities is in accordance with planning, and the budget has been increased to support the implementation of the Jamsosratu program, evaluation of community products has become dependent on Jamsosratu program and there are still several obstacles.

| Additional Information: | Fokus penelitian ini adalah Evaluasi Program Jaminan Sosial Rakyat Banten Bersatu (Jamsosratu) yang merupakan salah satu Program Perlindungan dan Jaminan Sosial Pemerintah Provinsi Banten untuk menjamin rakyat yang berasal dari kelompok rumah tangga menengah kebawah berdasarkan Pendataan Program Perlindungan Sosial (PPLS) dengan bantuan yang diberikan kepada Rumah Tangga Sasaran (RTS) berupa pemberian uang secara non tunai. Permasalahan yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini salah satunya yaitu terkait bantun yang diberikan kepada masyarakat tidak tepat sasaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk mengetahui Bagaimana Evaluasi Program Jaminan Sosial Rakyat Banten Bersatu (Jamsosratu) di Kecamatan Kasemen Kota Serang. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori evaluasi CIPP menurut Stufflebeam dengan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan menganalisa hasil wawancara dan data sekunder. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa evaluasi Context, Input, dan Product sudah baik. Namun dalam evaluasi Process masih belum optimal terlihat dari anggaran yang terbatas dan masih banyak hambatan lainnya. | |||||||||
