Abstract

The spider web construction foundation (KSLL) is a shallow foundation system that is stiff and earthquake resistant which is a combination of a reinforced concrete plate foundation with soil improvements. This research aims to determine the value of bearing capacity and foundation settlement. Calculations use ETABS software to determine the load on each column, the Meyerhof method to calculate the bearing capacity of the foundation, the Terzaghi method and the Timoshenko and Goodier method to calculate soil stress and settlement that occurs in the soil and PLAXIS v8.2 software for foundation settlement. Based on the analysis results, the maximum load on the resulting column from ETABS v9.7.4 software is 2444 kN, the ultimate bearing capacity (qult) using the Meyerhof method is 6427.315kN/m2 and the bearing capacity of the KSLL foundation is 3213.657 kN/m2, the value The manual calculation Safety Factor is 2.366 and the Safety Factor value resulting from the PLAXIS v8.2 software modeling Undrained C method is 3.9901. According to analysis using manual calculations, the total settlement of the spider web construction foundation (KSLL) was 4,380 cm, while the results of the PLAXIS v8.2 modeling software using the Undrained C method obtained a settlement value of 3,229 cm. So it can be concluded that the KSLL foundation is safe.

Additional Information: Pondasi konstruksi sarang laba-laba (KSLL) merupakan sistem pondasi dangkal yang kaku dan tahan gempa yang merupakan kombinasi antara pondasi plat beton bertulang dengan perbaikan tanah. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui nilai daya dukung dan penurunan pondasi. Perhitungan menggunakan software ETABS untuk mengetahui beban pada setiap kolom, metode Meyerhof untuk perhitungan daya dukung pondasi, metode Terzaghi dan metode Timoshenko dan Goodier untuk menghitung tegangan tanah dan penurunan yang terjadi pada tanah serta software PLAXIS v8.2 untuk penurunan pondasi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis diperoleh beban maksimum pada kolom hasil dari software ETABS v9.7.4 sebesar 2444 kN, daya dukung ultimit (qult) dengan menggunakan metode Meyerhof diperoleh sebesar 6427,315kN/m2 dan daya dukung pondasi KSLL sebesar 3213,657 kN/m2, nilai Safety Factor perhitungan manual adalah sebesar 2,366 dan nilai Safety Factor yang dihasilkan dari pemodelan software PLAXIS v8.2 metode Undrained C yaitu 3,9901. Menurut analisis dengan perhitungan manual, penurunan total pondasi konstruksi sarang laba-laba (KSLL) adalah sebesar 4,380 cm sedangkan hasil dari pemodelan software PLAXIS v8.2 metode Undrained C didapat nilai penurunan sebesar 3,229 cm. Penurunan yang terjadi masih dalam batas-batas yang dianjurkan sehingga dapat disimpulkan pondasi KSLL aman.
