Abstract

This research was aimed to know the effect of the concentration levels of Trichoderma harzianum and rabbit biourine on the intensity of clubroot disease attack on mustard greens (Brassica juncea L). This research was conducted in the Integrated Agricultural System Area of Serang City Banten Province from March to May 2023. The research method used a factorial Randomized Completely Block Design (RCBD), The firs factor of Trichoderma harzianum concentration (T) with 4 levels treatment, namely; without the application of T.harzianum (T0), T.harzianum concentration of 5 ml / 5 liters (T1), T.harzianum concentration of 10 ml / 5 liters (T2), T.harzianum concentration of 15 ml/ 5 liters (T3), and second factor rabbit biourine concentration (U), with 4 levels treatment, namely; without rabbit biourine (U0), rabbit biourine concentration of 75 ml/liter (U1), rabbit biourine concentration of 100 ml/liter (U2), rabbit biourine concentration of 125 ml/liter (U3), thus there were 16 treatment combinations, each of which was repeated 3 replication. The results of the research showed that, the treatment of T.harzianum concentration of 10 ml / 5 liters (T2) gave the best results in the parameters of plant height at 28 days after planting (17.55 cm) and 35 days afterplanting (21.57 cm), the number of leaves at 28 days after planting (6.75 strands) and 35 days after planting (8.66 strands), plant fresh weight (24.50 g), and was able to reduce the intensity of clubroot disease attack on mustard green plants by 85.42%. The treatment of rabbit biourine with a concentration of 100 ml/liter (U2) gave the best results in the parameters of plant height at 35 days after planting at 20,15 cm, and the number of leaves at 35 days after planting at 8.16 strands. There was an interaction between the T2 and U2 treatment only on the parameter of plant height at 35 days of age.

Additional Information: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh tingkat konsentrasi T.harzianum dan biourine kelinci terhadap intensitas serangan penyakit akar gada pada tanaman sawi hijau (Brassica juncea L). Penelitian ini dilakukan di lahan Kawasan Sistem Pertanian Terpadu Kota Serang Provinsi Banten, pada bulan Maret s/d Mei 2023. Metode penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) faktorial konsentrasi Trichoderma harzianum (T) dan konsentrasi Biourine kelinci (U), dengan masing-masing perlakuan terdapat 4 taraf yaitu; tanpa pemberian T.harzianum (T0), T.harzianum konsentrasi 5 ml/ 5 liter (T1), T.harzianum konsentrasi 10 ml/ 5 liter (T2), T.harzianum konsentrasi 15 ml/ 5 liter (T3), dan tanpa pemberian biourine kelinci (U0), biourine kelinci konsentrasi 75 ml/liter (U1), biourine kelinci konsentrasi 100 ml/liter (U2), biourine kelinci konsentrasi 125 ml/liter (U3), dengan demikian terdapat 16 kombinasi perlakuan yang masing-masing diulang sebanyak 3 kali. Parameter yang diamati yaitu tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, berat basah, dan intensitas penyakit. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, perlakuan T.harzianum konsentrasi 10 ml/ 5 liter (T2) memberikan hasil terbaik pada parameter tinggi tanaman umur 28 HST (17,55 cm) dan 35 HST (21,57 cm), jumlah daun umur 28 HST (6,75 helai) dan 35 HST (8,66 helai), berat basah tanaman (24,50 g), dan mampu menekan intensitas serangan penyakit akar gada pada tanaman sawi hijau sebesar 85,42%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, perlakuan biourine kelinci konsentrasi 100 ml/liter (U2) memberikan hasil terbaik pada parameter tinggi tanaman umur 35 HST sebesar 20,15 cm, dan jumlah daun umur 35 HST sebanyak 8,16 helai. Serta terdapat interaksi antara perlakuan T2U2 hanya pada parameter tinggi tanaman umur 35 HST.
