Abstract
Learning activities that are oriented to guided inquiry stages and students' critical thinking skills have not been fully implemented optimally. Critical thinking skills can be improved by developing learning media in the form of e-LKPD based on guided inquiry. This research and development aims to describe the efficiency of guided inquiry-based e-LKPD on the theme of using waves in life to improve students' critical thinking skills. The method used is (Research and Development) with a research model based on the development procedure developed by Sugiyono which is modified according to the needs of researchers by being limited to a limited trial stage. The instrumen used is an expert questionnaire sheet to test the validity and student response questionnaire sheets to measure the level of product efficiency. Quantitative and qualitative data analysis. The results showed that the validity level of e-LKPD based on guided inquiry on the theme of using waves in life as a whole obtained an average result of 88.3% in the "Very Valid" category based on the percentage results according to material experts who obtained a percentage value of 89, 3% in the "Very Valid" category, the media expert validation obtained a percentage score of 86.3% in the "Very Valid" category and the science teacher validation obtained a percentage of 89.3% in the "Very Valid" category. The results of the e-LKPD product efficiency level obtained a percentage value of 85.7% in the "Very Efficient" category.

| Additional Information: | Kegiatan pembelajaran yang berorientasi dengan tahapan inkuiri terbimbing dan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa sepenuhnya belum terlaksana dengan optimal. Kemampuan berpikir kritis dapat ditingkatkan dengan mengembangkan media pembelajaran berupa e-LKPD yang berbasis inkuiri terbimbing. Penelitian dan pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan efisiensi e-LKPD berbasis inkuiri terbimbing tema pemanfaatan gelombang dalam kehidupan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa. Metode yang digunakan yaitu (Research and Development) dengan model penelitian berdasarkan prosedur pengembangan yang dikembangkan oleh Sugiyono yang dimodifikasi sesuai dengan kebutuhan peneliti dengan dibatasi hanya pada tahap uji coba terbatas. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah lembar angket ahli untuk uji kevalidan dan lembar angket respon siswa untuk mengukur tingkat efisiensi produk. Data analisis secara kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa tingkat kevalidan e-LKPD berbasis inkuiri terbimbing tema pemanfaatan gelombang dalam kehidupan secara keseluruhan mendapatkan hasil rata-rata sebesar 88,3% dengan kategori ”Sangat Valid” hal tersebut berdasarkan hasil persentase menurut ahli materi yang memperoleh persentase nilai sebesar 89,3% pada kategori “Sangat Valid”, validasi ahli media memperoleh persentase nilai sebesar 86,3% pada kategori “Sangat Valid” dan validasi guru IPA memperoleh persentase sebesar 89,3% pada kategori “Sangat Valid”. Hasil tingkat efisiensi produk e-LKPD memperoleh persentase nilai sebesar 85,7% dengan kategori “Sangat Efisien’. | |||||||||
