Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of on-the-job training and achievement motivation on employee performance with work discipline as an intervening variable at PT. Castrol Manufacturing Indonesia Cilegon Banten. In this research, On The Job Training and Achievement Motivation are independent variables and Employee Performance is the dependent variable. This research used a quantitative method with a saturated sample of 75 respondents. The analytical methods used in this research are descriptive statistical analysis methods, measurement model analysis methods, and structural model analysis methods using Partial Least Square (SmartPLS) Version 3.0 program tools. On The Job Training has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance with a t-statistic value of 3.241 > 1.96 and a significance level of 0.001 < 0.05, Achievement Motivation has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance with a t-statistic value of 2.688 > 1.96 and the significance level is 0.007 < 0.05, Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance with a t-statistic value of 3.277 > 1.96 and a significance level of 0.001 < 0.05.

Additional Information: Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Pengaruh On The Job Training dan Motivasi Berprestasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan Disiplin Kerja Sebagai Variabel Intervening pada PT. Castrol Manufacturing Indonesia Cilegon Banten. Dalam penelitian ini On The Job Training dan Motivasi berprestasi sebagai variabel independen serta Kinerja Karyawan sebagai variabel dependen. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif sengan jenis sampel jenuh sebanyak 75 responden. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis statistik deskriptif, metode analisis model pengukuran, dan metode analisis model struktural dengan menggunakan alat bantu program Partial Least Square (SmartPLS) Versi 3.0. On The Job Training berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan nilai t-statistik 3,241 > 1,96 dan tingkat signifikansi bernilai 0,001 < 0,05, Motivasi Berprestasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan nilai t-statistik 2,688 > 1,96 dan tingkat signifikansi bernilai 0,007 < 0,05, Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengann nilai t-statistik 3,277 > 1,96 dan tingkat signifikansi bernilai 0,001 < 0,05
