Abstract

The purpose of this study is two know the effect of implementing the reflective maternal method on the word card photograph for the submitted child, especially in the ability of its speech language. The type of research used is Single Subject Research with design A1-BA2. The results obtained in this study were analyzed with descriptive statistics. Components analyzed include analysis of conditions an analysis of conditions. The effectiveness of the reflective maternal methode shows an improvement in the condition of A1-B-A2. On subject 1 the test of the ability of spoken language with the media of word cards obtains the average percentage of the results of the A1 phase which is 43%. Then the results of the phase B obtain the average percentage results of 87,625%. And the phase A2 obtains the average percentage results averaged 72,25%. Whereas in subject 2 in phase A1 the results obtained an average percentage of 40%, in phase B the results of the average percentage of 85,875%, and phase A2 obtained an average percentage results of 69,25%. Obtaining the results of the data above shows that this method can improve the language skills of speech in students with hearing impairments i the SKh Al Lhairiyah Cilegon City with the targer behavior of mentioning the names of objects correctly and precisely.

Additional Information: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan metode maternal reflektif pada kartu kata bergambar untuk anak tunarungu terutama dalam kemampuan bahasa ujarannya. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu Single Subject Research dengan desain A1-B-A2. Data yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini dianalisis dengan statistik deskriptif. Komponen yang dianalisis meliputi analisis dalam kondisi dan analisis antar kondisi. Keefektifan metode maternal reflektif menunjukkan adanya peningkatan dari kondisi A1-B-A2. Pada subjek 1 skor tes kemampuan bahasa ujaran dengan media kartu kata bergambar memperoleh data persentase rata – rata dari fase A1 yaitu 43%, selanjutnya dari data fase B memperoleh data persentase rata – rata 87,625%, dan pada fase A2 memperoleh data persentase rata – rata 72,25%. Sedangkan pada subjek 2 pada fase A1 memperoleh data persentase rata – rata 40%, pada fase B data persentase rata – rata 85,875%, dan fase A2 memperoleh data persentase rata – rata 69,25%. Hasil data diatas menunjukkan bahwa metode ini dapat meningkatkan kemampuan bahasa ujaran pada siswa dengan hambatan pendengaran di SKh Al Khairiyah Kota Cilegon dengan target behavior menyebutkan nama benda dengan benar dan tepat.
