Abstract
This research was aimed to examine the growth response and yield of shallot plants (Allium ascalonicum L.) grown with the influence of the concentration level of nano-technology fertilizer and the type of media in hydroponics. This research was conducted in Citra Indah City Bukit Melia, Bogor Regency - West Java from December 2022 to March 2023. The research design used was a split plot design consisting of two factors. The first factor is the concentration level of nano technology fertilizer (N) which consists of 5 treatment levels: 0 ml/l (control), 2.5 ml/l, 5 ml/l, 7.5 ml/l and 10 ml/l. The second factor is the type of planting media (M) consisting of 3 treatment levels : Husk Charcoal, Cocopeat and Husk Charcoal + Cocopeat (1:1). The results showed that the type of planting media treatment had a significant effect on all growth parameters. While the treatment of nano technology fertilizer concentration level did not significantly affect all parameters, except plant height at 21-35 days after planting (DAP). There was an interaction that significantly affected the number of leaves at 14-21 DAP and the wet weight parameter at 56 DAP.

Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui respon pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman bawang merah (Allium ascalonicum L.) yang ditanam dengan pengaruh tingkat konsentrasi pupuk berteknologi nano dan jenis media pada sistem hidroponik. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Citra Indah City Bukit Melia, Kabupaten Bogor - Jawa Barat pada bulan Desember 2022 sampai Maret 2023. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah rancangan petak terpisah (split plot design) yang terdiri dari dua faktor. Faktor pertama adalah tingkat konsentrasi pupuk teknologi nano (N) yang terdiri dari 5 taraf perlakuan yaitu 0 ml/l (kontrol), 2,5 ml/l, 5 ml/l, 7,5 ml/l, dan 10 ml/l. Faktor kedua adalah jenis media tanam (M) yang terdiri dari 3 taraf perlakuan yaitu Arang Sekam, Cocopeat dan Arang Sekam + Cocopeat (1:1). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan jenis media tanam berpengaruh nyata terhadap semua parameter pertumbuhan. Sedangkan perlakuan tingkat konsentrasi pupuk teknologi nano tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap semua parameter, kecuali tinggi tanaman pada umur 21-35 hari setelah tanam (HST). Terdapat interaksi yang berpengaruh nyata terhadap jumlah daun pada 14-21 HST dan parameter berat basah pada 56 HST. | |||||||||
