Abstract
This research aims to determine the effect of intrinsic motivation (X1) and extrinsic motivation (X2) on employee performance (Y) with moderation by organizational culture (Z) at PT. Cyber Tech Indonesia. Research methods used in this research is a quantitative research approachdescriptive. The population in this study were 60 employees at PT. Cyber Tech Indonesia. This research sample uses the entire populationresearch using census sampling. Deep data analysis techniquesThis research uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with using the student version of the SmartPLS 3.0 analysis tool. The results of this research show that (1) intrinsic motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (2) extrinsic motivationhas a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (3) organizational culture does not moderate the relationship between intrinsic motivation and employee performance, and (4) organizational culture does not moderate the relationship between extrinsic motivation and employee performance.

Siber Tech Indonesia.Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan desktiptif.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 60 orang karyawan di PT. Siber Tech Indonesia.Sampel penelitian ini menggunakan seluruh populasi penelitian dengan menggunakan sampling sensus.Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan menggunakan alat analisis SmartPLS 3.0 versi pelajar. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa (1) motivasi intrinsik berpengaruh positifdan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, (2) motivasi ekstrinsik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, (3) budaya organisasitidak memoderasi hubungan motivasi intrinsik dengan kinerja karyawan, dan (4) budaya organisasi tidak memoderasi hubungan motivasi ekstrinsik dengan kinerjakaryawan. | |||||||||
