Abstract
The study aims to determine the effect of firm size and profitability on firm value with sustainability reports as an intervening variable in banking sub-sector companies. Secondary data from the financial reports of businesses in the banking industry were used in this study. As a sample approach, purposeful sampling is employed. Use the SmartPLS 4 application's Structural Equation Modeling statistical tool to examine research structural models and conduct hypothesis testing. The study's findings showed that firm size has negative and a significant impact on firm value, profitability has positive and a significant impact on firm value, firm size has positive and didn't have a significant impact on the sustainability report, profitability has negative and didn't have a significant impact on the sustainability report, sustainability report has positive and a significant impact on the sustainability report, the sustainability report didn't mediate the relationship between firm size and firm value. the sustainability report didn't mediate the relationship between profitability and firm value.

| Additional Information: | Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh ukuran perusahaan dan profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan sustainability report sebagai variabel intervening pada perusahaan sub sektor perbankan. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yang berasal dari laporan keuangan perusahaan sub sektor perbankan. Dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel metode purposive sampling. Dengan menggunakan aplikasi statistic berupa Structural Equation Modelling dengan menggunakan aplikasi SmartPLS 4 ini untuk menganalisis model structural penelitian dan pengujian hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, profitabilitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap sustainability report, profitabilitas berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap sustainability report, sustainability report berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, sustainability report tidak memediasi pengaruh ukuran perusahaan terhadap nilai perusahaan, sustainability report tidak memediasi pengaruh profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan sub sektor perbankan. | |||||||||
