Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the work environment, work discipline and organizational commitment on employee performance at PT. Dhian Karya Rakata Mandiri. The method used in this research is causal research with a quantitative descriptive approach. The population of this research is 74 employees at PT. Dhian Karya Rakata Mandiri. Sampling using simple random sampling method, data obtained by using a questionnaire to 54 respondents at PT. Dhian Karya Rakata Mandiri. Data were analyzed using a structural equation model with the help of the SmartPLS 3 application. The results showed that the work environment has a positive and significant influence on employee performance, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and organizational commitment has no significant effect on PT. Dhian Karya Rakata Mandiri (DKRM).

Additional Information: Tujuan dalam penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja, disiplin kerja dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Dhian Karya Rakata Mandiri. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kausal dengan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi dari penelitian ini sebanyak 74 karyawan di PT. Dhian Karya Rakata Mandiri. Penarikan sampel menggunakan metode simple random sampling, data diperoleh dengan menggunakan kuesioner terhadap 54 responden di PT. Dhian Karya Rakata Mandiri. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan structural equation model dengan bantuan aplikasi SmartPLS 3. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, disiplin kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan komitmen organisasi tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Dhian Karya Rakata Mandiri (DKRM).
