Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of fertilizer application of manure from buffalo and differences varieties on growth and yield of cucumbers (Cucumis sativus L.). This research was conducted at the Integrated Agricultural System Plantation of Banten Province starting from October to December 2022. This research used a factorial Randomized Block Design consisting of two factors. The first factor was the dose of buffalo manure fertilizer (K) which consisted of 4 levels; 0, 20, 30, and 40 ton/ha. The second factor was the varieties of cucumber (V) which consist of 3 levels; Bandana F1, Labana F1 and Etha 87 F1. There were 12 treatment combinations with 3 repetitions so that there were 36 experimental units. Data were analyzed by Anova and DMRT 5%. The result showed that the dose of buffalo manure fertilizer was significantly different effect on plant height parameters at 28 days after planting (DAP) was 48,06 cm, number of leaves 21 (10,67 sheets), 28 (23,03 sheets) and 35 (32,33 sheets) days of planting and the tuber dry weight (10,67 g). The used of three varieties gave significantly different effect on plant height parameters at 14 (8,24 cm), 21 (21,02 cm), 28 (55,15 cm) and 35 (80,80 cm) days after planting, number of leaves at 14 (4,79 sheets), 21 (10,90 sheets) and 28 (24,27 sheets) days after planting and significantly different effect on amount of fruit was 0,77 pieces. There was no interaction between the combination of buffalo manure fertilizer and three varieties to all parameters.

Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian dosis pupuk kotoran kerbau dan varietas yang berbeda terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman mentimun (Cucumis sativus L.). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di perkebunan Sistem Pertanian Terpadu (Sitandu) Provinsi Banten pada bulan Oktober sampai Desember 2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) faktorial yang terdiri dari dua faktor. Faktor pertama, yaitu dosis pupuk kotoran kerbau yang terdiri dari 4 taraf yaitu, 0 ton/ha, 20 ton/ha, 30 ton/ha dan 40 ton/ha. Faktor kedua yaitu varietas yang terdiri dari 3 taraf yaitu varietas Bandana F1, varietas Labana F1 dan varietas Etha 87 F1. Terdapat 12 kombinasi perlakuan dengan pengulangan sebanyak 3 kali sehingga terdapat 36 satuan percobaan. Analisis data menggunakan Anova dan DMRT 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dosis pupuk kotoran kerbau memberikan pengaruh berbeda nyata pada parameter tinggi tanaman saat 28 HST yaitu 48,06 cm, jumlah daun 21 (10,67 helai), 28 (23,03 helai) dan 35 (32,33 helai) hari setelah tanam serta pada parameter bobot kering tanaman yaitu sebesar 10,67 g. Penggunaan tiga varietas memberikan pengaruh sangat nyata pada parameter tinggi tanaman saat 14 (8,24 cm), 21 (21,02 cm) dan 28 (55,15 cm) hari setelah tanam serta berbeda nyata pada 35 HST (80,80 cm), berbeda sangat nyata pada parameter jumlah daun saat 14, 21, 28 HST yaitu sebesar 4,79 helai, 10,90 helai dan 24,27 helai, dan berbeda nyata pada parameter jumlah buah saat panen 1 yaitu sebesar 0,77 buah. Tidak terdapat interaksi antara pemberian dosis pupuk kotoran kerbau dan tiga varietas terhadap semua parameter pengamatan. | |||||||||
