Abstract

An essential aspect in learning activities is the use of learning media. The use of learning media that appropriate for the requirement will create ideal learning. This study aims to develop augmented reality-based learning media on bangun ruang subject at VI grade. The study was conducted at SD Negeri Bojong Rawalumbu VI in Bekasi with 32 six-grade pupils served as the research subjects. This research used the research and development (R&D) method and 4D model. This learning media has been through a validation test with an average percentage of 87.7% by media experts, 97.5% by mathematicians, and 95% by linguists. The results of students’ responses to the media obtained an average percentage of 91%. The conclusion is that augmented reality-based learning media can be used as supporting media in bangun ruang subject with very good quality.

Additional Information: Media pembelajaran merupakan aspek yang penting dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. Penggunaan media pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan akan menciptakan pembelajaran yang ideal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran berbasis augmented reality pada materi bangun ruang di kelas VI SD. Penelitian dilaksanakan di SD Negeri Bojong Rawalumbu VI Kota Bekasi dengan subjek penelitian peserta didik kelas VI yang berjumlah 32 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan atau Research and Development (R&D) dan menggunakan model 4D. Media pembelajaran ini melalui tahap uji validasi dengan rerata persentase sebesar 87,7% dari ahli media, 97,5% dari ahli materi, dan 95% dari ahli bahasa. Hasil respon peserta didik terhadap media memperoleh rerata persentase sebesar 91%. Kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian ini yaitu media pembelajaran berbasis augmented reality dapat digunakan sebagai media penunjang dalam materi bangun ruang dengan kualitas sangat baik.
