Abstract

The aim of this study was to determine the effect of organizational culture, job training and communication on work motivation at PT Pamungkas Putra Pratama. The method used in this research is causal research with a quantitative descriptive approach. In collecting data using a questionnaire with a number of 66 employees in Helper positions using purposive sampling method, data analysis techniques using Multiple Linear Regression. The results showed that: (1) organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on work motivation (2) job training has a positive and significant effect on work motivation (3) communication has a positive and significant effect on work motivation.

Additional Information: Tujuan dalam penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi, pelatihan kerja dan komunikasi terhadap motivasi kerja di PT Pamungkas Putra Pratama. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kausal dengan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Dalam pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan yang berada pada posisi/jabatan Helper yang berjumlah sebanyak 66 orang karyawan dengan menggunakan metode pengambilan sampel puposive sampling, teknik analisis data menggunakan Regresi Linear Berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja (2) pelatihan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja (3) komunikasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja.
