Abstract
This study aims to find out: (1) the implementation of the Pancasila student profile program implemented at SMPN 16 Serang City, (2) knowing the steps in strengthening the mutual cooperation dimension in the Pancasila student profile program at SMPN 16 Serang City, (3) the challenges in strengthening the dimensions of mutual cooperation in the Pancasila student profile program at SMP Negeri 16 Serang City. This research was conducted using a descriptive qualitative method. Data collection was carried out by interviews, observation, and documentation as well as the validity of using triangulation. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the Pancasila student profile program at SMP Negeri 16 Serang City is carried out in stages and carried out with a project design planning process, the implementation process as a form of project management effort, and evaluation or reflection as a form of effort to evaluate and follow up on subsequent projects. Steps of SMP Negeri 16 City of Serang in strengthening the dimensions of mutual cooperation in the Pancasila student profile program by strengthening student collaboration through efforts to make students able to contribute actively in groups, work productively, show strong flexibility and compromise in groups, and be responsible and have an attitude of respect and care for other group members. There are also internal and external challenges faced by SMP Negeri 16 Serang City in determining the activity scheme so that students' focus is not divided between the intracurricular learning process and project activities and the difficulty of establishing partnerships so that projects are difficult to develop and enter an advanced stage. Through the Pancasila student profile project, it can strengthen the dimensions of mutual cooperation of students in collaboration skills by implying the potential and characteristics that exist in students.

| Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) implementasi program profil pelajar Pancasila dilaksanakan di SMPN 16 Kota Serang, (2) langkah-langkah dalam penguatan dimensi gotong royong pada program profil pelajar Pancasila di SMPN 16 Kota Serang, (3) tantangan dalam projek profil pelajar Pancasila di SMP Negeri 16 Kota Serang. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi serta keabsahan menggunakan triangulasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa SMP Negeri 16 Kota Serang dalam pengimplementasian program profil pelajar Pancasila dilakukan secara bertahap dan dilaksanakan dengan proses perencanaan desain projek, proses pelaksanaan sebagai bentuk upaya pengelolaan projek, dan evaluasi atau refleksi sebagai bentuk upaya penilaian serta tindak lanjut projek selanjutnya. Langkah SMP Negeri 16 Kota Serang dalam penguatan dimensi gotong royong pada program profil pelajar Pancasila dengan memperkuat kolaborasi peserta didik melalui upaya dalam menjadikan peserta didik dapat berkontribusi aktif dalam kelompok, bekerja secara produktif, menunjukan fleksibilitas dan kompromi yang kuat dalam kelompok, serta dapat bertanggung jawab dan memiliki sikap menghargai dan peduli kepada anggota kelompok lain. Terdapat pula tantangan secara internal dan eksternal yang dihadapi SMP Negeri 16 Kota Serang dalam menentukan skema kegiatan agar fokus peserta didik tidak terbagi antara proses pembelajaran intrakurikuler dan kegiatan projek serta sulitnya menjalin kerjasama kemitraan sehingga projek sulit berkembang dan memasuki tahap lanjut. Melalui projek profil pelajar Pancasila dapat menguatkan dimensi gotong royong peserta didik dalam keterampilan berkolaborasi dengan mengimplikasikan potensi dan karakteristik yang ada pada diri peserta didik. | |||||||||
