Abstract

Islam sebagai agama yang banyak dianut oleh sebagian besar pedagang di pasar Pandeglang, memiliki sumber hukum berupa Al Qur‟an dan sunnah Rasul. Di dalam kedua sumber hukum tersebut terdapat aturan mengenai tata cara bisnis yang beretika. Sebagai seorang muslim, hendaknya dalam melakukan aktivitas bisnis perlu dilandasi oleh perilaku etis yang sesuai dengan ajaran islam. Namun di pasar Pandeglang masih terdapat pedagang yang berperilaku tidak etis dalam menjalankan aktivitas bisnisnya. Diantara faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku etis seseorang adalah faktor ibadah, dimana ibadah menunjukkan seberapa jauh religiusitas seseorang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pedagang sembako yang beragama islam di pasar pandeglang dan sampel yang diambil sebanyak 59 pedagang dengan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebar kuesioner kepada responden, selanjutnya data yang telah diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode analisis regresi linear berganda.

Additional Information: Islam, as a religion that is widely followed by most traders in the Pandeglang market, has a source of law in the form of the Qur'an and the Sunnah of the Apostle. In both sources of law, there are rules regarding ethical business procedures. As a Muslim, business activities should be based on ethical behavior in accordance with Islamic teachings. However, in Pandeglang Market, there are still traders who behave unethically in carrying out their business activities. Among the factors that influence a person's ethical behavior is the worship factor, where worship shows how far a person's religiosity is. This research is field research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were Islamic grocery traders in the pandeglang market, and the sample taken was 59 traders using a simple random sampling technique. The data collection method was carried out by distributing questionnaires to respondents, and then the data that had been obtained was analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis methods
