Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of Transformational Leadership (X1) and Knowledge Sharing (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) mediated by Organizational Innovation (Z) at the Serang Vocational and Productivity Training Center (BBPVP). The method used in this study is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. Populai in this study numbered 120 employees of BBPVP Serang. This study sample used the entire population, this study used Structural Modeling (SEM) using the SamrtPLS analysis tool. 30 professional. The hypotheses of this study are: (1) Transformational leadership has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance. (2) Transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on organizational innovation. (3) Knowledge sharing has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (4) Knowledge sharing has a positive and significant effect on organizational innovation. (5) Organizational innovation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (6) Transformational leadership has a positive effect on employee performance mediated by the organizational innovation variable. (7) Knowledge sharing has positive but not significant effect on employee performance mediated by the organizational innovation variable

Additional Information: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Transformational Leadership (X1) dan Knowledge Sharing (X2) terhadap Employee Performance (Y) dengan dimediasi oleh Organizational Innovation (Z) di Balai Besar Pelatihan Vokasi dan Produktivitas (BBPVP) Serang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 120 pegawai BBPVP Serang. Sampel penelitian ini menggunakan seluruh populasi, penelitian ini menggunakan Structural Modelling (SEM) dengan menggunakan alat analisis SmartPLS. 30 professional. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu: (1) Transformational leadership berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap employee performance. (2) Transformational leadership berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational innovation. (3) Knowledge sharing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap employee performance. (4) Knowledge sharing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational innovation. (5) Organizational innovation berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap employee performance. (6) Transformational leadership berpengaruh positif terhadap employee performance apabila dimediasi oleh organizational innovation. (7) Knowledge sharing berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap employee performance apabila dimediasi oleh organizational innovation.
