Abstract
This research aims to find out how the influence is generated through the use of ELearning, Quizizz Application as an effort to improve the independent character and creative character of class VIII students in Civic learning. This research is located at Sindang Jaya 1 Junior High School using a quantitative approach, the Quasi Experiment research method, and the Nonequivalent Control Group Design type. The sample used was determined based on Cluster Sampling (Area Sampling) which was adjusted to the recommendations of the Civic subject teachers at Sindang Jaya 1 Junior High School. The data collection needed in this study was carried out by distributing pre-test and post-test questionnaires, observations, and documentation to the control class (class VIII.6) and the experimental class (class VIII.7) as predetermined samples. The results showed that the use of the Quizizz application had a significant effect with a level of influence based on a significance value of 0.000≤0.05. The results of the Paired t-Test conducted showed the value of tcount in the results of the Pre-Test and Post-Test of the Control Class (VIII.6), Pre-Test and Post-Test of the Experimental Class (VIII.7), and Post-Test in both sample classes > the value of ttable. From that, it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, this shows that there is a significant influence between variable X (Quiziz Application) on variable Y1 (Independent Character) and variable Y2 (Creative Character). It can be concluded that the use of the Quizizz Application influences the Independent Character and Creative Character of Students in Civic Learning.

Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh yang ditimbulkan melalui penggunaan media pembelajaran E-Learning yaitu Aplikasi Quizizz sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan karakter mandiri dan karakter kreatif siswa kelas VIII dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan. Penelitian ini berlokasi di SMP Negeri 1 Sindang Jaya dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, metode penelitian Quasi Experiment dan jenis desain Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Sampel yang digunakan ditentukan berdasarkan Cluster Sampling (Area Sampling) yang disesuaikan dengan rekomendasi guru mata pelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan di SMP Negeri 1 Sindang Jaya. Pengumpulan data yang diperlukan dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menyebarkan angket Pre Test dan Post Test, observasi, dan dokumentasi kepada Kelas Kontrol (kelas VIII.6) dan Kelas Eksperimen (kelas VIII.7) sebagai sampel yang sudah ditentukan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan Aplikasi Quizizz memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan dengan tingkat pengaruh berdasarkan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000≤0,05. Hasil Paired tTest atau Uji t berpasangan yang dilakukan menunjukkan nilai thitung pada hasil Pre Test dan Post Test Kelas Kontrol (VIII.6), Pre Test dan Post Test Kelas Eksperimen (VIII.7), dan Post Test pada kedua kelas sampel > ttabel. Maka dari itulah dapat disimpulkan bahwa H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima, hal ini menunjukkan adanya pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel X (Aplikasi Quizizz) terhadap variabel Y1 (Karakter Mandiri) dan variabel Y2 (Karakter Kreatif). Dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwasanya penggunaan Aplikasi Quizizz memberikan pengaruh terhadap Karakter Mandiri dan Karakter Kreatif Siswa dalam Pembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan. | |||||||||
