Abstract
PT Cepu Jaya is engaged in buying and selling scrap metal waste, B3 and non-B3 waste. In this business expansion, the company must estimate the possibility of events or incidents that have the risk of hindering the business plans and activities. PT Cepu Jaya Mas has huge capital and assets, where inevitably this large capital and assets must also be supported by good risk management. The purpose of this study is to identify factors including strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in the operational section, formulate a risk management strategy in the operational section at PT Cepu Jaya Cilegon City and determine which best strategy is used in the operational section at PT Cepu Jaya Cilegon City. The research method uses a quantitative research approach with data analysis techniques using SWOT analysis and the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. The results showed that the overall score for Strength and Weakness resulted in a total rating of 35 and a total score of 2.94. Of the overall scores on Opportunity and Threats, a total rating of 34 is obtained and a total score of 3,000. Based on the calculation results of the Consistency Ratio (CR) criteria, the CR value is 0.02 (2%), which means that the criteria used are consistent and can be used to achieve goals in decision making (2% ≤ 10%). And the best strategy to be used as the main strategy proposal is Strength Opportunity (SO). Because this alternative strategy has the highest weight with a total weight of 5.57.

Additional Information: | PT Cepu Jaya bergerak dibidang jual beli limbah besi tua, limbah b3 dan non b3. Dalam perluasan usaha inilah, perusahaan harus mengestimasi kemungkinan adanya peristiwa atau kejadian yang berisiko menghambat rencana dan aktivitas bisnis tersebut. PT Cepu Jaya Mas memiliki permodalan dan aset yang begitu besar, dimana modal dan aset yang besar ini mau tidak mau harus pula ditunjang dengan manajemen risiko yang baik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengidenfikasi factor-faktor meliputi kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang dan ancaman pada bagian operasional, merumuskan strategi penanganan risiko pada bagian operasional di PT Cepu Jaya Kota Cilegon dan menentukan strategi terbaik manakah yang digunakan pada Bagian operasional di PT Cepu Jaya Kota Cilegon. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan analisa SWOT dan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor dari keseluruhan nilai pada Strenght dan Weakness, diperoleh total rating sebesar 35 dan total skor sebesar 2,94. Dari keseluruhan nilai pada Opportunity dan Threats, diperoleh total rating sebesar 34 dan total skor sebesar 3,000. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan Consistensi Ratio (CR) kriteria diperoleh nilai CR yaitu 0,02 (2 %), dimana hal ini berarti kriteria yang digunakan konsisten dan dapat digunakan untuk mencapai tujuan dalam pengambilan keputusan (2 % ≤ 10% ). Dan strategi terbaik yang akan digunakan sebagai usulan strategi utama yaitu Strength Opportunity (SO).
