Abstract

"Implementation of Sharia-Based Human Resource Management at KSPPS BMT As-Syafi'iyyah Berkah Nasional Merak Branch" is the title of a Skripsi from (5554160013) Student of Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University, Faculty of Economics and Business, Department of Sharia Economics (Sharia Business Concentration) under the guidance of Dr. Syihabudin, M.SI as advisor I and Muhammad Abduh S.Sy M., H as advisor II. Know at the application of human resource management in labor management from the process of recruitment and selection, training and development, performance appraisal, compensation and work motivation and you know the application of human resource management in the KSPPS BMT As-Syafi'iyyah Berkah Nasional Merak Branch Reviewed In The Perspective Of Islamic Economy. The method used is field research using a qualitative descriptive approach. The subject of this study is the head of the branch at the institution. In data collection using methods of observation, interviews and documentation. As for the analysis techniques, namely the stage of data collection, data reduction, display (presentation), verification and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of this study, it was concluded that in general, Sharia-based human resource management is still considered and applied in activities carried out at KSPPS BMT As-Syafi'iyyah Berkah Nasional Merak Branch. The Sharia side is shown in each of its management processes such as during the recruitment and selection process, training and development, performance appraisal, compensation and motivation.

Untuk mengetahui penerapan manajemen sumber daya manusia dalam pengelolaan tenaga kerja dari proses perekrutan dan seleksi, pelatihan dan pengembangan, penilaian kinerja, kompensasi dan motivasi kerja serta untuk mengetahui penerapan manajemen sumber daya manusia pada KSPPS BMT As-Syafi’iyyah Berkah Nasional Cabang Merak Ditinjau Dalam Perspektif Ekonomi Islam. Metode yang digunakan merupakan penelitian field research dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah pimpinan cabang dilembaga tersebut. Dalam pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan untuk teknik analisisnya, yaitu tahap pengumpulan data, reduksi data, display (penyajian), verifikasi dan penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini memperoleh kesimpulan bahwa secara garis besar manajemen sumber daya manusia berbasis Syariah tetap diperhatikan dan diterapkan dalam kegiatan yang dilakukan di KSPPS BMT As-Syafi’iyyah Berkah Nasional Cabang Merak. Sisi Syariah ditunjukkan pada setiap proses manajemennya seperti pada saat proses perekrutan dan seleksi, pelatihan dan pengembangan, penilaian kinerja, kompensasi dan motivasi.
