Abstract
Bumijaya Pottery Crafts Center is a home industry that produces pottery in a traditional way that has survived to this day. Products produced from the Bumijaya pottery craft center include barrels, flower pots, kowi and other types of clay crafts. The main raw material for this pottery product is clay. Based on the results of the interviews, it can be seen that there are several risk events that have the potential to arise, including the frequent delays in the arrival of raw materials from suppliers, the quantity and quality of raw materials that do not match demand, the production process is hampered because production is still done traditionally and still requires solar assistance. in the drying process, and there are still other risks that cause disruption to the supply chain at the Bumijaya Pottery Craft Center. With this research, the Bumijaya Pottery Crafts Center can find out the risks that occur in the supply chain and the dominant risk sources as well as the appropriate mitigation strategy priorities to anticipate existing risks. Based on the research results, it is known that there were 24 risk events and 18 risk agents that were successfully identified and as many as 13 proactive actions were proposed to the Bumijaya Pottery Crafts Center in the hope of preventing or reducing risks that are a priority for mitigation.

| Additional Information: | Sentra Kerajinan Gerabah Bumijaya merupakan industri rumahan yang memproduksi kerajinan gerabah secara tradisional yang masih bertahan hingga sampai sekarang. Produk yang dihasilkan dari sentra kerajinan gerabah bumijaya ini diantaranya berupa gentong, pot bunga, kowi dan jenis kerajinan tanah liat lainnya. Bahan baku utama dari produk kerajinan gerabah ini yaitu tanah liat. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara dapat diketahui bahwa terdapat beberapa kejadian risiko yang berpotensi timbul diantaranya yaitu sering terjadinya keterlambatan kedatangan bahan baku dari supplier, jumlah serta kualitas bahan baku yang tidak sesuai dengan permintaan, proses produksi yang terhambat karena produksi masih dilakukan secara tradisional yang masih memerlukan bantuan matahari dalam poses pengeringan nya, dan masih ada risiko lain yang menyebabkan gangguan pada rantai pasok di Sentra Kerajinan Gerabah Bumijaya. Dengan adanya penelitian ini, Sentra Kerajinan Gerabah Bumijaya dapat mengetahui risiko yang terjadi dalam rantai pasok dan sumber risiko dominan serta prioritas strategi mitigasi yang tepat untuk mengantisipasi risiko yang ada. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa terdapat 24 risk event dan 18 risk agent yang berhasil teridentifikasi dan sebanyak 13 proactive action diusulkan kepada pihak Sentra Kerajinan Gerabah Bumijaya dengan harapan dapat mencegah atau mengurangi risiko yang menjadi prioritas untuk dimitigasi. | |||||||||
