Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of work discipline (X1), transactional leadership (X2), extrinsic motivation (X3) and skills (X3) on employee performance (Y). In this research, the method used is quantitative. There is a population of 92 employees of Perumdam Tirta Berkah Pandeglang with a sample size of 92 respondents. The sampling technique used is a total sampling technique or saturated sampling, namely where all members of the population are sampled. The data collection method uses a questionnaire and analyzes the data using SmartPLS. The results obtained from this research are: First, work discipline has a significant negative effect on employee performance, the t-statistic value is 2.020> t-table 1.98 with an effect of -0.163, and the p-value is 0.044 <0.05. Both transactional leadership have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, t-statistic value 5.427> t-table 1.98 and p-value 0.000 <0.05 with an influence of 0.449. The three extrinsic motivations have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, t-statistic value 4.289> t- table 1.98 and p-value 0.000 <0.05 with an influence of 0.418. The four skills have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, t-statistic value 2.908>t-table 1.98 and p-value 0.004 <0.05 with an influence of 0.248.

Additional Information: Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja (X1) Kepemimpinan Transaksional (X2) Motivasi Ekstrinsik (X3) dan Keterampilan (X3) terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y). Dalam penelitian ini metode yang digunakan yaitu kuantitatif. Terdapat populasi 92 karyawan Perumdam Tirta Berkah Pandeglang dengan jumlah sampel yaitu 92 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik total sampling atau sampling jenuh yaitu dimana semua anggota populasi dijadikan sampel. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner serta menganalisis data menggunakan SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian ini yang di peroleh yaitu: Pertama disiplin kerja berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, nilai t-statistik 2.020> t-tabel1.98 dengan pengaruh -0.163, dan p-value 0.044<0.05. Kedua kepemimpinan transaksional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, nilai t-statistik 5.427> t-tabel 1.98 dan p-value 0.000 <0.05 dengan pengaruh 0.449. Ketiga motivasi ekstrinsik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, nilai t-statistik 4.289> t-tabel 1.98 dan p-value 0.000 <0.05 dengan pengaruh 0.418. Keempat keterampilan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, nilai t-statistik 2.908>t-tabel 1.98 dan p- value 0.004 <0.05 dengan pengaruh 0.248.
