Abstract
This study addresses the issue of how digital marketing is implemented through content writing on the Instagram account @info.jerman. The objective is to describe the application of content writing on this account. Employing a descriptive qualitative methodology, data were collected via observation and interviews involving four informants. The AIDA model (Attention, Interest, Desire, Action) served as the theoretical framework for this research. Findings indicate that the content writing strategy utilized by @info.jerman effectively enhances credibility and audience engagement through an educational and persuasive approach aligned with the AIDA model. Content planning is conducted systematically, featuring a conversational yet professional tone supported by visual elements that facilitate message delivery. Nonetheless, the study identifies a limitation in the insufficient presence of relevant entertainment content, which may constrain the account’s ability to attract audiences seeking a balanced mix of educational and entertaining material.

Additional Information: | Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana penerapan digital marketing melalui content writing pada akun Instagram @info.jerman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan content writing pada akun Instagram @info.jerman. Metodelogi penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan wawancara. Pada penelitian ini terdapat empat informan. Model yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah AIDA. Hasil yang didapatkan dari penelitian ini menggambarkan bahwa strategi content writing yang diterapkan oleh akun Instagram @info.jerman mampu membangun kredibilitas dan keterlibatan audiens melalui pendekatan edukatif dan persuasif yang mengikuti model AIDA. Perencanaan konten dilakukan secara terstruktur dengan gaya bahasa yang ringan dan visual yang mendukung penyampaian pesan. Namun, masih terdapat kekurangan berupa konten hiburan yang kurang relevan, sehingga berpotensi membatasi daya tarik bagi audiens yang menginginkan konten seimbang antara edukasi dan hiburan. | ||||||
