Abstract

The purpose of writing this Final Project Report is to find out the use of social media in marketing health service products at IHC Krakatu Medika Hospital, Cilegon. The writing method used in this research is descriptive method. The results of the study stated that the use of social media implemented by IHC Krakatau Medika Cilegon Hospital consisted of five components including advertising where IHC Krakatau Medika spread several promotions through talkshow activities on the YouTube platform, sales promotion through the provision of health service packages promoted on Instagram social media , twitter, and tiktok, then direct marketing using whatsapp, and then publicity and public relations through the provision of a sponsor at a music festival event.

Additional Information: Tujuan dari penulisan Laporan Tugas Akhir ini adalah untuk mengetahui untuk mengetahui pemanfaatan media sosial dalam memasarkan produk layanan kesehatan di RS IHC Krakatu Medika Cilegon. Metode penulisan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa pemanfaatan media sosial yang diterapkan IHC RS Krakatau Medika Cilegon terdiri dari lima komponen diantaranya periklanan (advertising) dimana IHC Krakatau Medika menyebarkan beberapa promosi melalui kegiatan talkshow di platform youtube, sales promotion melalui pemberian paket layanan kesehatan yang dipromosikan di media social instagram, twitter, dan tiktok , selanjutnya yaitu direct marketing menggunakan whatsapp, dan selanjutnya publisitas dan humas (Public relation) melalui pemberian sebuah sponsor pada sebuah event festival music.
